We have stayed at this hotel over ten times this year. We have had a mostly good experience other than problems with the television. We arrived after driving over 8 hours and immediately after arriving they knocked at our door and said they were changing the locks on our door. My question is why we were put in a room and then after the manager comes and speaks to us says oh we are changing all the locks in the hotel today. Why would they be inconveniencing everyone in the hotel and not do it when clients are not here. Then the television is not working. After 45 min they arrive and by the way the hotel is not busy. So then they all leave and then maintenance comes back again because they have to program the door. This whole experience has lasted over two hours. We spoke to the manager and we say we are not paying for this room and he says because we paid on Booking.com he cannot do anything. He says he will take care of our stay next time but we live 6 hrs away and will probably not be back. He says he cannot do anything. This is not about the money this is about customer service and this rates as one of the top worst experiences i have had at any hotel and the worst part is its unnecessary and a terrible customer experience. I worked for 33 years in a customer service environment dealing with millionaire’s and billionaire’s and this is not the way to treat clients at any level..

Nice Hotel with a friendly staff! It’s a long walk to the Malecon/Waterfront but a Taxi is always available. Alma the Concierge was very knowledgeable and a lot of help booking excursions! The restaurant has a small bar inside and a nice area to sit and watch a ballgame. An outdoor bar near the pool would be nice.

We visited Loreto and our stay in Santa Fe was incredible! The entire staff was very friendly, the areas were clean, we enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We'll definitely come back for our next adventure.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly, the amenities are very well maintained, and the jacuzzi is incredible. I can't remember the housekeeper's name, but it was amazing to come back to the room every day and see her thoughtful touches on the bed!

We moved hotel due to not so pleasant experience and settled in Hotel Santa Fe Loreto; the right decision according to my family. The staff were helpful and accommodating, the hotel was clean and close vicinity to downtown Loreto. Mario from the front desk stood out as he went above and beyond to facilitate our early check-in, showed the rooms prior and gave us an awesome discount for our stay compared to online services. Highly recommend Hotel Santa Fe in Loreto BCS, and reach out to Mario at the Front Desk or any staff on duty, they are more than willing to assist.
