I stayed overnight in a spacious studio room at Hotel Santa Fe Loreto in early March 2026. My late night check-in experience was positive and my room was clean; comfortable bed! The hotel has a restaurant and convenience store. I didn't have time for the free breakfast. By foot from the hotel, it's about 10 minutes to the city center and 15 minutes to the waterfront.

I was very disappointed. I arrived after a long flight, the room was not ready at 3PM, was not ready until much later. The water was low pressure and luke warm. The locks on the doors are stressful to deal with bc you have to turn it a special way. Restaurant opened late, staff was inattentive. When I complained about the water situation staff member was rude and did nothing. The hot tub was also not hot enough and lots of loud noises at night. NOT A GOOD STAY.

Beautiful hotel, the pool and hot tub are great! Mario at the front desk was very helpful with anything we needed or had questions about. We loved having the kitchenette, it had everything you need to cook basic meals. The included breakfast at the restaurant was a small portion but good food. We would definitely come back!
