We ate several times at Casa Mia. We absolutely adored Christopher! His personal touch made such a memorable experience for us. He is wonderful, very attentive and an amazing personality. He really embodies the character and values of the resort.

Fantastic place. We enjoyed everything - many pools, relaxing spa, super good food, great room service and colorful fancy restaurants. Beach is calm and warm with excellent service and fun activities. Want to give special recognition to the front desk crew: Janero, Angelica, Cesar, Kasandra and Jazmin. Also recognize those who provided excellent service in the restaurants: Ibriham, Edgar, Candeladia, Gualberto, Dulce, Gerardo, Alphonso, and Emmanuel. Many thanks to Samantha, Zucilly, Josa and Emmanuel, the Elite concierge crew that made our visit smooth and fun. We were pampered continuously. We're looking forward to returning as soon as we can and staying longer.
