Unbelievable service

Food was great. Service was fantastic. But the biggest wow was the support we got from the staff, especially Samantha Mallam. My wife has to go to the Loreto ER. The doctors on call did not speak English so I was able to get Samantha to communicate on our behalf over the phone. But then, unexpectedly, Samantha drove the 45 minute drive at night from the resort to the hospital to check on us. She went way above the call of duty. By the way, my wife is ok now.

Roberto at the pool was an excellent waiter!! He was very attentive and friendly!! We chose to sit in his section each day just to see his friendly face. Even thought the weather was cloudy we still had an amazing time. The food and service at the resort was excellent. We can’t wait to come again!!
