Excellent location, great staff. Clean and functional. Only downside were the restaurants, food and beverage; in general unsophisticated but highly priced.

We live in California and Huntington Beach was one of the few beach towns on the coast that we had never visited. Someone had told us that the Hyatt here was very nice and it was. Nice and friendly staff, good management, good location across from the beach and close to the pier, nice pools, and spa. Several firepits are scattered around the property and there are a few fireplaces which are nice this time of year. Some of the rooms are extra large and I would recommend one of these. Lots of nice details in the room. Some of the ocean view rooms are very close to the highway (PCH) which gets a lot of traffic and is very noisy all day and night. I would recommend a room on the courtyard which is quieter and especially the Spa courtyard is very relaxing with fountains. If you want exercise the fitness center is wonderful - big, with great machines. The spa is nice too. Our stay was helped with great weather - sunny and in the 70s so going to the beach and pool was perfect.

Such friendly staff created a memorable stay for our family over Thanksgiving. Over-the-top Christmas decor and Christmas themed menu in the Grill is worth a visit, whether or not you are staying there!

Excellent stay at the Hyatt in Huntington Beach. Rooms was big and very clean. Rooms were very quiet. Views were great. Love the easy access to the beach.

My number one requirement for a hotel stay is a great tasting breakfast. The Hyatt exceeds in this area as well as dinner, services by the staff, cleanliness and scenic beauty. This is a must return venue!!
