AVERAGE ON HOTEL AND STAFF. Yes, they provided a $50 in-store credit, which I was not made aware of at the time. They also offered complimentary valet, which I appreciated. However, given the dirty windows in a suite and other issues, I felt a credit applied directly to the room would have been more appropriate. Additionally, I was unable to check in early, was not given clear expectations regarding check-in, and ultimately received no accommodation on the room rate. I did ask to speak with a manager, but no resolution was offered. Considering I have stayed at this property three years in a row, I found the lack of consideration disappointing and unprofessional.

Beautiful resort. Stayed at the resort and attended our company holiday party. Room was amazing. The meeting room was very nice. The ballroom, drinks and food were amazing as well.

Hyatt Huntington is one of the nicest Hyatt's I've ever been to. So clean, close to everything. Tons of hot-tubs pools etc. Directly across from beach. Views everywhere. Walkable to all the shopping and nightlife you'd need. So safe. I was there long term and felt so cared for by the whole team. I'll be back. I've been to many other OC hotels but really fell in love with this one.

You cannot beat the elite and peak level hospitality at Hyatt Huntington Beach. The staff is top notch as are the accommodations and LOCATION. It’s very much worth your time and money to stay here at the Hyatt HB. Don’t forget Main St and the pier are a few hundred yards up Beach. Shopping and food galore. Enjoy!

Excellent location, great staff. Clean and functional. Only downside were the restaurants, food and beverage; in general unsophisticated but highly priced.
