Jason Guan, Assistant Director of Rooms was very helpful! I called on my way and I got there and waited another hour and it still wasn’t ready so after 2 hours I spoke to Jason and personal cleaned my room himself! Jason thanks so much for your hospitality!

Perfect Family Resort
Carly L (California) on Mar 05, 2026
We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and right on the beach with a walkable bridge to the sand. The pools were impressive with water slides, a Mermaid Experience, hot tubs, poolside food and beverage service, and plenty of chairs. Food, including the room service, was delicious. They even have smore's roasting, fire pits, and a small arcade. We walked across the beach bridge and rented a 4 person bike to ride along the path over to a local park and the pier. We will definitely be back to this hotel!
Lots of Kids, but a decent getaway

The Pros: This property is big and well-maintained. It has a bridge that you can access the beach. They also offer chairs and umbrellas for free that you can take to the beach with you. Nice touch! The balcony rooms are great: Very clean and with all necessities. Noise level was minimal. There are also several food options: you can dine at the restaurant (has really good breakfast), but you can also walk down he breezeway for more quickeats and the morning latte. I thought it was a good mix of able to have some flexibility. Also, customer service from start to finish was exceptional. The Cons: There are A LOT of kids [in the pool and elsewhere ] (at least on the weekend). I wish there was either a separate adults only pool, or at least a pool in the spa area for adults (I wouldn't mind paying for spa treatment just for this). They do however have a jacuzzi area for adults, but on a warm day, a pool i justified. If you are a family looking for a nice, clean fun place to stay that has enough finesse for children yet still enough for the adult, this will work for you. If you're looking for a grown-up getaway (I only went with my partner) you might be just a bit disappointed. I do think maybe coming during the week would be a better balance of adults. Lastly, not too excited for $60 per night to park your car. That's often more than San Francisco.

Beautiful hotel with great location. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The food is delicious and service spectacular! This is our 3rd time coming to this hotel. And we will return in the next 2 weeks for another meeting. A BIG thank you to Mark Albitz (Event Manager), Kellie Kruizenga, Jacqui Juranek (Reservation Agents). Russel and Danny for the excellent service during our Trustees dinner. and Lucky Nhan for the excellent service he provided during our breakfast and lunch. 10/10
