This was a family favorite hotel on our vacation where we hopped around a bit to explore California. It’s proximity to the beach was a big plus. The multiple hot tubs and pools on site were a fantastic way for us to relax and begin our trip. Staff was welcoming and accommodating after they showed us the layout of the facility, they made us aware of which rooms were available and we were able to pick the area of the hotel that we thought suited us best. A lovely experience.

We had a wonderful long Mother's Day weekend. There were 10 of us. We love the location and easy access to the pool, beach and some restaurants. We had a package deal that included the Sunday Buffet and it was amazing.The front desk staff were very helpful and considerate, especially since we were also there for a family members Memorial Service. We will definitely stay again and would recommend it to our friends.

Great conference. The dinner was terrific, and the servers were very professional. The surroundings of this hotel with ocean views are stunning, I would highly recommend anyone traveling to Huntington Beach, CA. to make this one of your stays. You will be glad you did.

Great property. Great location. GREAT staff. We have stayed at this property for staycations, but I was pleasantly impressed with the staff on this business trip. They seem to love the company and it showed.

Horrible Customer service. They promised me a late check out as the american express benefits states as a benefit. They told me if I upgrade then I will have the late check out as well. I upgraded to the presidential suite and they changed the promise and kicked me out early. Great Hotel but the customer service is horrible. They did not try to make it up to me in any way. I woke my baby early and left the hotel with a cranky baby. They dont care that I spent a few grand extra for the upgrade. They will kick you out after they get your money
