An exceptional visit over the Christmas holidays. Our son loves Perla and the staff at the kids club. We hear a Teen club is now opening and look forward to that.
Wonderful time

Brittney and Annie at the kids club were fantastic with our son. The hotel is lovely, with superb service, kind staff, and pools right by the beach. There are many winding paths so it would be nice if there was a GPS map for getting around and more kids slides/pools/ activities. The gym is all new and excellent. The food at every restaurant was delicious. We highly recommend the Grand Fiesta Americana!
First timers to Cabo!!!

We are just heading home from our first trip to Cabo San Lucas and our stay at the Grand Fiesta American. It’s a beautiful, very scenic, resort immediately adjacent to the Cabo del Sol golf course! It’s my opinion that the Cabo area is much more scenic than the Cancun/Playa del Carmen area, however, the beach sand is superior over there. If you plan on spending time on the beach in Cabo, definitely bring water shoes. The rooms very nice, and clean, however we supposedly got upgraded but the upgraded room ended up being smaller than our original room. The view was better but the location was further away from the pool area which wasn’t preferable for us. The services was top-notch. Specifically Rodrigo Ramirez who served us drinks and food around the pool. He seemed to have endless energy and a super positive attitude! He ensured that we were constantly nourished and hydrated ?? He made our time by the pool very enjoyable…which was the majority of the time we were at the resort. My favorite restaurant onsite was definitely Bodega, which we had to pay $30/person additional for. My favorite restaurant that wasn’t an additional charge was the Sushi Bar just off of the lobby but all of the restaurants have a variety of menu items and delicious food. It should be noted that each restaurant has a ‘Premium Menu’ that you can choose from, and pay extra for. Also, they restaurants don’t take reservations so it is first come first served. It wasn’t a problem when we were there, however, I can see how that might be trouble in a busier time of year. I used the gym a few times which was nicer that other resorts that we’ve stayed at in the past in the Cancun/Playa del Carmen area. It’s about a half hour or so from the airport, if you don’t stop anywhere along the way and the traffic is good. It’s about 15 minutes to the Marina. We booked fishing separately with Off The Hook Charters…I would highly recommend them if you like to fish! Our experience overall was wonderful!! We would highly recommend…we will be coming back!
Amenities and smiles with friends

My wife and I recently vacationed and stayed at the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos resort with two other couples and had a most wonderful vacation. The resort amenities are top notch, with many restaurants, pools, daily activities, special theme buffets / shows and a nightclub for anyone wanting to stay up later than I. While I could talk about all the great individuals who took care of us during that week, from the front desk, housekeeping, servers, activities staff and more, I did want to conclude with a special thankyou to Adrianna (from the lobby bar) for her exemplary service, accompanied by a wonderful personality and a great smile. Shout out as well / as always to Bryan and the friends at the member pool who helped us all celebrate his birthday!!
