I had a wonderful time and a great birthday at Grand Fiesta. Drinks, Breakfast and lunch service was great, Dinner can use a little work especially at Blu and Rosato. There’s a Starbucks on property the drinks aren’t part of the all inclusive but the pastries are, I highly recommend the carrot cake, red velvet cake and chocolate eclair. All staff I interacted with were pleasant and very nice. I had a room with a king size bed, the bed was nice and big and comfy. It was always so nice to come back to the room to see what little touches the housekeeper did. Like leaving flowers on the bed and in the bathroom for us. Just a few tips: When using the stairs to enter and exit the pools please use the handrails. The tiles are slippery. I saw a lot of people fall when they entered and exited the pool because they didn’t use the handrails. The seagulls are a nuisance. Once lunch service starts at 12 pm at the pool they don’t stop they are relentless. So once your done eating and you have food left over please either throw the food out or give it to one of the servers don’t just leave it on the lounge. Once you’re done with your lounge for the day please remove your towels from the lounge and put it in the used towels bin. Don’t just leave it on the lounge for the workers to take care of. They work hard enough. Also it will let other guests know a lounge is available. I had a great time at Grand Fiesta.

We have had an amazing time. The staff (Alejandro at the pool) have all been incredible. This property is a must stay! We will be back again.

Beautiful resort! Can't wait to go back! You can't ask for better service! Victor took care of us all week he is the best! Everything here looks like it's right out of a postcard ?? It's awesome and the people are so friendly! You won't regret it!

Reservation process was a joke. I am American. I speak English. Give me someone who has a basic understanding of the English language Horrible..

Here with friends for a wedding. Great experience! Especially blessed by Jesus (Bell Boy, Yoshua (check in), and Elena (assistant). In truth, we can't speak highly enough of all of the staff! Every restaurant and service worker spoiled us. The hotel was clean and every request was granted. We are grateful for those that made this stay a truly relaxing getaway. It was so needed.
