Everyone was super nice and greeted us with a smile. Javier the waiter and the chef were quick, friendly and super polite!!

Fernando the bartend in the lobby was the best! He was very professional and took care of my family as needed. He is a great worker.

Very good food especially with it being all inclusive. Drinks are not top shelf necessarily but service is excellent and they can do most cocktails. Enjoy our time here every visit

The service at Fiesta Americana was fantastic!! The waitstaff and those who clean are top notch. Alejandro took great care of us on the beach and Ulysses at breakfast! The resort is immaculate!! Our favorite restaurants were La Cevicheria (by the beach - best ceviche and Taco Guero hands down!!) and for dinner was Rosato - amazing Snapper and Risotto. The manager got wind that we were celebrating a milestone anniversary and sat us at amazing table with a breathtaking view. The breakfast buffet was different every day with delicious foods - the custom omelets and crepes were to die for. It was so nice to get to swim and snorkel at the beach. We cannot rate 5 stars because we were extremely disappointed by the front desk staff, who was more interested in setting our appointment for their sales presentation, than checking us in and getting our vacation started. We told them we were here without kids to celebrate a milestone anniversary and they said could only give us a King bed if we agreed to their sales presentation - we declined and ended up with two double beds, not to mention we were locked out of out room twice because our bracelet room keys were not activated properly. Also, we were disappointed by the lack of entertainment around the resort and the blah nightclub. Overall, the service staff made our stay fantastic!!

This is one of those places you go if you want clean rooms and excellent service. Alejandro was our man in the beach for incredible service. And the morning breakfast staff started our day off right. They remember our protein morning shakes (I brought my protein powder and they added it to the smoothie ). Shout out to the quad morning team of Jose, Cruze, Carlos and Roberto. Ask for them, They are exceptional! Snorkeling in the afternoon is a must! We brought our own gear. So many fish to explore in the reef. The food at the Italian restaurant was our favorite. We’ll be back Grand Fiesta!!
