It’s been 2 days for us here at this resort and we are so much unhappy! We are here with the kids and all the service sucks!
1. Food : Almost all the restaurants have the same menu and if you want to eat something good, go for premium menu.
2. Rooms: Mediocre like 2 star hotel! Not much light in the room, no facial tissues, not much storage, no charging station near bed!
3. Room service;m: If you want to order anything for kids it will take minimum 1.5 hours that what room service ppl conveys over the phone and that too rudely!
4. Accessibility: The resort is not at all stroller friendly and not great for parents traveling with small kids!
5. Medical Emergency: The resort ask for medical insurance fee while checkin which is not mandatory. We signed up for it as we are traveling with the kids. My son had a very severe insect bite but after taking medical insurance too the hotel guyz asked us to pay $150 to doctor to attend my son!
So if they can’t cover this small first aid thing I don’t know how much they will charge for person having some emergency condition.
Few good thing which we liked : the pool and the staff but again the service is very slow!

Our absolute favorite place to stay in Cabo. We have always had 5 star service, rooms, and food. Our favorite place to eat is Vina Del Mar for breakfast. The omelette stations are amazing. For the past two years we have requested to sit in Alex's section because he is the best server!!! During our visit last week, Victor came to our room to help us bring our bags to the lobby. He was so helpful and made sure to get to know us and remember our names! Fiesta Americana never fails to exceed our expectations!!!

The sports and entertainment team made this trip overall amazing! Manuel, Aaron, Alberto, Mariana, Sarah and Vanessa all had the best energy and were so inclusive of everybody. They put in all of their effort to make everybody happy and it clearly showed, whether it was from dancing around the pool or singing to the music playing. We have been coming to Fiesta Americana in Cabo for over 18 years, and I can easily say that this was the best trip all because of the sports and entertainment team! I am hoping to come back within the next couple of months!

Have been here 5 previous times and have enjoyed my stay immensely. The staff is professional and courteous, the accommodations are clean and well maintained. The wait staff is very customer focused and aim to provide excellent service. Definitely one of my best vacation destinations.
Lobby Bar employees of note that provides outstanding service during my stay: Guadalupe, Mirna and Arianna. Wait staff at the restaurants Abraham, Cimi and Gordi. Shuffle drivers: Ricardo, Bruno. All other staff too many to name were excellent in their service delivery.

We attended a wedding here, we called multiple times trying to change reservation dates with always getting told we would be transferred to an english speaking rep, but every single time we were hung up on. So then we reached out through email to the host helping with the wedding reservations, no response at all multiple times. When we get there we let the check in staff member know our situation and he changes our reservations and updates our forms to reflect the correct dates of stay. Upon arriving to the room our sink was clogged closed and we had a eyelash on the bedside nightstand on the phone. During our stay our room service was always delayed (pretty sure they never put in our order) and kept getting the run around. At the restaurants we had nice servers but it took over an hour just to get any food orders out. Then came the wedding, they put the wrong pieces up for the ceremony and not enough chairs. During the reception, half of the lights shut off randomly and then about an hour later the music shut off out of nowhere. During the brides pictures they told them to take off their wristbands for the photos and then afterwards when they went to get replacements so they can continue to use the ammenities of the resort, they were told it would cost 140 dollars to replace the wristbands. As we checked out I noticed I was charged the additional day that the first representative adjusted, the front desk clerk went and checked the paperwork and it showed exactly that, so when he goes to get his manager, they refused to help and then stated we did not try to let them know prior. I then showed them our call logs to the resort and also the emails we sent and they stated they never received but will look into it. 30 min after we leave on our way to the airport I received a response through email stating that they can do nothing to help and the additional charge for the night we were not there would stay. Worst experience ever, would not recommend to anyone.
