Martin at Blu was an excellent server ! Very kind and took care of us like we were the only ones in the place ! Excellent server !

We had AMAZING service from Roberto, Carlos, Jose and Cruz. As we walked up they had our table ready remembered all our drinks. They worked great as a team never left dirty dishes, kept drinks filled. They were always smiling. Eder & Salvador from the Mexican restaurant super friendly and also provided amazing service. Itzae & Sharlene offered fitness during our trip. We had looked into this prior to booking at this resort. It was a priority to workout not only at the gym. I was able to let Ivan the GM know what a great experience we’re having. The staff greets you with their hand over their heart. ?? A gesture of serving you with their heart ?? I look forward to our next trip and amazing service. ??????

This all inclusive resort is very nice. The food at the restaurants is elegant and the restaurant staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are on the older side but the bed linens are crisp. They clean the room during the day and do a turn down service while we were at supper. Great views and tasty drinks. Nice pools. One thing I didn’t like was the time share sales pitch at check in. I just got my room bracelet and walked away trying to be polite. Overall we had a great experience at this resort.

We celebrated my daughter’s wedding in April 2026 at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa, and it was truly unforgettable. Working with Nelsy Espinoza made the entire planning process seamless—her attention to detail and professionalism ensured everything ran flawlessly. From start to finish, the level of service was exceptional. Every team—from housekeeping to room service, dining, and pool staff—delivered a 5-star, best-in-class experience. The setting was stunning, the execution was smooth, and the entire event exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and memorable wedding. Highly recommend this resort and team for anyone considering a destination wedding in Los Cabos.

We just had our wedding a few weeks ago and I need to shout out Nelsy and the entire staff at grand fiesta Americana! If you are deciding on having your wedding at the resort do it - & ask for Nelsy!! She made our day so special and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have dreamt of a more special weekend. All our friends and family raved about the staff - some even extended their trip bc they loved this hotel so much. Thank you for the best weekend of our lives. Nelsy and team, you are the BEST!!
