Alejandro at the socios pool was an excellent staff worker. He provide the best service of the weekend. Muchas gracias Alejandro. The Blu restaurant was an absolute credible meal for lunch. Try the seafood soup and the BATEL sandwich. Bloody Caesar’s were also a hit with our group.

We upgraded to the grand club and it was great! We had an amazing server at our club pool. Shout out to Victor for taking such good care of us!!! Food was pretty good overall there were some odd inconsistencies. Drinks could be very different depending on where you got them. The Blue restaurant was a disappointment. There were a couple of dishes there that were good but overall a pass, too loud and hot.

We had a great time good property needs work but room was great 2 br villa great views food was good and what makes the place is most of the people. Ask for Jose Roberto and Francisco as your servers! Excellent

5 stars food and services. Crabs, sea bass sashimi that you cannot find in most places. Every staff workshard and are very polite. Food was prepared on 5 stars level. Super value at the budget compared to their all inclusive resorts. Definitely worth your 1st visit and my 2nd visit.

The staff and service here is absolutely outstanding! So attentive and they make sure you have everything you need. The facilities are very nice and clean! We will absolutely return! Armando and Alex at breakfast at the buffet treats every guest with kindness and excellent service.
