My extended family spent 5 days at the resort and had an amazing experience. Our crew was 8 adults and 6 children (1x 1.5 years, 2x 4 years, 2x 6 years, 1x 8 years old). We found the large property to be very well maintained and managed by an excellent and incredibly friendly staff. The numerous pools and kids club kept out little ones entertained the entire time. We haven't done many kids clubs before, but this place set the bar very high, as after each day the kids wanted to go back again. The most surprising thing was the high quality of food we found throughout our stay. The wide variety of offerings was not only flavorful, but cooked precisely (ie scallops, sea bass, etc). And finally, I cannot say enough about how accommodating and approachable the staff was throughout our stay. We arranged a private family dinner (it was my mother's retirement celebration gift) on the beach, and had the best time! In particular Ramon, Luis Angel, Hugo, Edwin and Captain Manel really did an exceptional job at making this unique experience special and a lifelong memory. We were very fortunate to have this place recommended to us, so I felt it is only fair that I do the same for others.

The Kids Club was an awesome place for our little ones. Perla was the best!

Oscar and Jesus were absolutely amazing! Oscar is one of the bartenders at Mai and Jesus was our pool waiter. Super friendly, always willing to make me a new drink and greet us with the most friendliest smile. Thank you so much for taking care of my family and myself dyeing our trip!
