This hotel feels like a scam. We booked a master suite that came with free transfer, concierge and an email that literally said buy one massage get one free. I got an email from the concierge 2 days before our trip. I immediately emailed him back requesting a transfer. I did not get anything back. We got to the hotel and asked to book our free transfer back. They said we no longer got it since we didn’t book our transfer there. We go to get our massages. They tell us we don’t get a 2 for 1 massage despite me showing the email multiple times. They said we only get a $40 credit and massage’s were $225 each, which by the way we never received when we checked out. I emailed the concierge about This but nothing was remedied. I then emailed the concierge about dinner reservations. Again did not hear anything back. Then our room had a leak and there was lots of water on the floor. They took care of the water. But the next morning we had another leak and there was so much water on the ground that my Tory Burch expensive shoes were soaked and it ruined the shoes. The waiters though were amazing and we really enjoyed our service at the pool and beach. Especially Yoni was such an incredible waited and we really loved him. Carlos was also good

I loved this place. I got so tan and loved this family experience. It will turn into my family reunion trip. Cannot wait to come every year ??????

Grande Fiesta Americana. Salvador’s was the best waiter and helped bring us services and goods not on menu but was exceptional! He was amazing!

Salvador was the best! From us to you have him pick items off the menu for you. It will be so fun and an amazing experience! We shared different dishes and loved all of it.
