Wonderful experience and an amazing time! All the staff were very kind and helpful! The spa was amazing, would recommend the Hydrotherapy. Our butlers Brendaly and Francisco were extremely helpful for advice, bookings, and scheduling any plans or things we wanted to do. The event staff made pool and entertainment activities a blast, Julia and Faust were especially great! All the music and performers made for a lively atmosphere at night. Overall one of the best all inclusive resorts I have been to!

We had a great time at the resort! The property was beautiful, the food was great as vegetarians, and the entertainment staff (Julia and Alfredo) were so fun. Everyone else helping us (Giovanni and Angel) was so warm and welcoming. We had so much fun and can’t wait to come back!

While our family of four experienced a bit of a rough start during check-in at Palace Resorts Le Blanc in Los Cabos Cabo, what followed truly speaks to the character of this resort. The management and staff responded with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine care, going above and beyond to address the early mix-up in a way that far exceeded our expectations. As 30-year members of Palace Resorts who have enjoyed many of their properties throughout Mexico and the Caribbean, we can confidently say that Le Blanc Cabo stands out as a beautiful, pristine, and exceptionally well-run five-star all-inclusive resort. The level of service across the property is outstanding, with staff who are consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. The dining experiences were exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality cuisine from around the world. Our favorites were the Asian, Italian, and French restaurants, and the fresh fish options were a definite highlight. The swimming pools were immaculate, plentiful and easily accessible, with abundant and comfortable lounge chairs, inviting swim-up bars, and excellent food and beverage service throughout the day. The gym and spa were truly top-tier, featuring an impressive selection of high-quality equipment, classes, and treatments. We especially enjoyed the hydrotherapy experience, which was both relaxing and rejuvenating. Housekeeping services were first-rate, and we appreciated the flexibility to arrange early daily service. The butler service was also a wonderful addition, helping seamlessly with dinner reservations, spa appointments, and any extra needs in our room. A special thank-you to managers Victor and Joel, our butler Brendaly, JJ at the pool, and Dulce at Blanc Restaurant. This is not to overlook the many other staff members who also played a role in making our stay so memorable. Despite the initial hiccup, the way it was handled turned our experience into a truly exceptional one. We will absolutely be back.

If you’re looking for a very relaxing experience, and have the desire to be totally pampered, I highly recommend Le Blanc Resort & Spa in Los Cabos. While all of their numerous world cuisine restaurants offer amazing menus, they are always open to special requests to make their guests experience perfection. My favorite is the Ocean Restaurant, with Chef Jonathan, that has a Sea Bass specialty sure to please the most disserning palete. Yama Restaurant also offers an amazing sushi experience. I have to mention a few of the great staff that made our stay memorable. At the morning buffet in Blanc Restaurant, Dolce is one of the best servers we have ever known. At the Ocean Blanc Restaurant, one f the 3 Jonathans chefs serves an amazing Sea Bass served oover a bed of rice and seasonings. And not to be overlooked, the Butler service makes everything so easy if you take advantage of it. In particular, Xavier and Diana took special care of us when things needed to be arranged or changed. They made our stay so much easier.

If you have not yet experienced Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos it is difficult to comprehend what you are missing. This is the 7th time we have visited and each time we are beyond impressed with this immaculate resort, the amazing food, drinks, spa, views and the level of service and kindness we receive each time. It just keeps getting better. Which we understand is not an easy task in the service industry. From our private driver, Raul that picked us up at the airport to the warm welcome hugs from General Manager, Roberto Martinez and Connie when we first arrived at the resort to the bellman, check-in and butlers. Everyone takes better care of us then we deserve. It is truly like being welcomed home! Our room, a Royal Honeymoon Suite was pristine. The bed is soooo comfortable and the balcony sets the stage for incredible sunrises every morning. It is also the perfect place for a pre-dinner cocktail while you search the ocean for one of many whales in front of the resort. There is plenty of storage, room to move and a super sexy bathroom/shower! We would love to give a shout out to these amazing people that made our week special: Alicia at the Lobby and Cavo bar. She has the best smile and giggle! Senine at the Lobby bar, like seeing an old friend. Iris at Cavo Hanna at the pool, who always had the perfect chair's/towels ready for us! Sabastian, Pablo and Angel that took the best care of us at the pool/our surprise cabana, (thanks to Roberto.) Sergio, Wendy, Edgar at Ocean Rigoberto and Hector at Yama Enrique, Alejandro and Juan at Lumiere that created the best private dinning experience for our last night and birthday dinner. Carlos and Israel the wonderful Sommelier's that were amazing and taught us so much during our wine and tequila taskings. Juana our housekeeper did the most amazing job! Leslie, the spa manager, treated us to the VIP spa room. This was definitely a highlight of the trip and a complete surprise. Honestly the reason we keep returning to LBLC is the team that Roberto has developed, many of which have become friends. They always make us feel like family. We would stay forever if they would let us!
