All I can say each time we visit LBLC the experience gets more amazing.

The involvement of the leadership makes everything come together. GM Roberto can always be seen throughout the resort ensuring guests have a wonderful stay! He always adds those special touches that mean so much more than he will ever know. Asst. GM Vincent actively engages guests as well as Claudia Islas, her presence is evident in the Diamond office that makes every guest feel special. She continues to hold the bar high for herself and the DC’s. Bravo to the leadership at LBLC! Our experience begins far before we arrive with that email from a member of the Diamond Concierge dream team. Nothing sparks the excitement more than the DC reaching out to see how they can make our stay incredible. All the DC’s are excellent and so friendly, we have had the pleasure of working with Angel once again, having all of our requests fulfilled well prior to arrival in collaboration with Leo, Scarlett, Sahari, Fermin, Vanessa, Miriam, Montserrat and Sharon all more than willing to assist. Butler Salvador had our room perfect on arrival and all requests were met. Butler’s Javier and Jesus made sure every daily requirement was satisfied. Housekeeper Juana is outstanding, efficient, thorough and consistent. Attention to detail was spot on, always clean towels, fluffed pillows and clean sheets! Spa is very important, always having excellent service but this time Minerva far exceeded expectations. Requested her for all messages and somehow today she gave a “better than best” service. The Spa services from Flor, Vidriana and Cristian were excellent, Cinthya gave my husband a great haircut. Breakfast and dinner at Blanc is great. Starting the day seeing Dolce’s smiling face, Chef Miriam makes sure the meals are prepared to perfection, Azucena and David always started our order before requested, Captain Ana is very personable, assisting the staff and guests throughout her shift. It is so great to be greeted by the hostesses Itzel, Linzette, and Alejandra. Dinner at Blanc with Victor, Miguel, Martin and Chef Vicente is fabulous. Excellent service, food and friendship. Blanc manager Israel is a true leader who assists the staff and ensures everything is up to Le Blanc standards and a friend. Dinner at Ocean is always special, I love the atmosphere, cuisine and the people. The two chefs, Jonathan 1, prepared excellent meal, both had their own flair, waiter Gilberto was great. We so appreciated the Diamond dinner at Ocean greeted by Captain Wendy, cocktails by mixologist Pablo served by waitress Diana, waiter David and excellent meal prepared perfectly by Chef Jonathan 2. Dinner at Bella is an experience. Manager Daniel is so friendly, greets all guests with a warm welcome and always has a smile. Dianna is pleasant and makes sure each guest is happy. Waiters Miguel and Pedro provided excellent service, professional and efficient. We enjoyed our special dinner from Chef Mauro and Chef Roberto provided us with an incredible dinner, best chicken parmesan and a fantastic surprise dessert. Thank you, Bella staff, for providing such a friendly and warm atmosphere Beach time! Manager Joel constantly seen walking throughout the property, leaving no chair unturned, always manages to keep my husband happy. Go Navy! The pool and beach crew are the backbone of the resort, their quick wit and prompt service is valuable and appreciated, the waiters Ulysees, Victor, Geraldo, Victor Manual, Johanna, Migual and Indelacio are very efficient and we appreciate their quick service with drinks, food and any other request. Pool concierges Juan (JJ), Rafael, Cesar, Sebastian, Edna, Oscar, Jesus and Hannia always set us up on the beach so that we are comfortable for the day. Lunch wouldn’t be the same without “Mexican street taco’s” prepared poolside by Chef Gregorio. Lifeguard Isnael is always vigilant making sure the "waiver" was signed. Service excellence with a smile and lasting friendships. The perfect way to end our night is with our friends in the Firebar. Very hardworking Crisaforo, Eliezer, Nancy, Alicia and Jazmine are great company to wrap up the day. It was great to spend time in the Lobby bar with Liney, Victoria and Ricardo. They are very personable and welcome all guests. We appreciate the expertise of Sommelier Yeo in the wine tasting and for selecting the perfect wines for dinner. Eduardo is refining his craft as a mixologist with unique cocktails poolside and we value him as a friend. As we tried to conceal the reason for our stay, though through gentle conversation Staff found out we were celebrating a retirement. Cannot thank GM Roberto, Asst. GM Victor, Executive Chef Julio, Pool Manager Joel, Blanc Manager Israel, waiters Victor, Miguel and Chef Vicente for such a fabulous surprise retirement dinner. The setting, meal and ambiance were perfect. Over the top! Everyone at the resort works so hard to ensure each guest has an exceptional stay. That’s why LBLC is at the top of our list It’s been fabulous. Hasta Junio!

Beware of Aggressive Timeshare Sales & Impossible Cancellation Process

I stayed at Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos starting on December 12 for a vacation. During my stay, I was invited to attend a presentation for a vacation club / timeshare program. I was assured it was informational, but in reality it involved very aggressive and high-pressure sales tactics. After several hours, I was persuaded to sign a contract and make a credit card payment. The contract explicitly stated that I had 5 days to cancel (cooling-off period). Immediately after leaving the resort, I reconsidered and realized the program was not right for me. Within the cancellation period, I made multiple attempts to cancel:    •   Over 7 emails    •   Text messages to the sales representatives    •   Repeated follow-ups I received no response at all from the people who sold me the membership. Now, 15 days later, I am still trying to get someone to address the cancellation. The only response I receive is that “the cancellation department will handle it”, yet:    •   They provide no phone number    •   No email contact    •   No timeline    •   No confirmation that my cancellation request was received This type of behavior is, unfortunately, very common in Mexico with vacation club sales, and it creates the impression that the cancellation process is intentionally designed to be inaccessible so buyers miss the deadline. I want to be clear: The resort facilities and service were excellent, but the vacation club sales operation seriously damages the trust and reputation of the brand. I strongly advise future guests to:    •   Decline any vacation club or timeshare presentations    •   Never sign or pay on the spot    •   Get independent legal advice before committing If you attend one of these presentations, be extremely cautious. Once you sign, getting out may be far more difficult than what is promised verbally.

Love this place

This was probably our 15th time at Le Blanc, between both locations. It's my favorite hotel full of amazing hard-working people. It's our go to when we need a getaway and this was a very quick getaway for us. We got there when it was raining and I wasn't very impressed with the welcoming staff at the airport. She seemed annoyed with us and couldn't stop chatting with her friends long enough to actually help us and update us on our ride. Anyways, got to hotel and had lunch at international instead of our usual arrival spot ocean. International lunch was amazing!! It was probably my favorite lunch of the week. Breakfast and lunch at ocean are always amazing. Rafael, Angel and Amine (spelling?) at the pool were all amazing. This trip I got an 80 min massage, you can use your resort credits in massages! I had the best massage I have ever had and her name was Anna Maria. She was incredible. We skipped Italian dinner this time bc we're usually not impressed but Asian, French, international all delivered. The food at Le Blanc is absolutely amazing as is the service. Last but definitely not least, as we were waiting for a ride to the airport we went to the lobby bar and I had the best drink of my whole trip. Senen at the lobby bar is a true hidden gem. First off, he was kind, sweet and truly seemed to enjoy being there. Secondly, he made such an amazing mojito!! My only regret is I haven't gone to him the dozen trips we've already taken there!

Excellent except for pushy sales at check-in and check-out

Beautiful resort with great facilities, decent food and OUTSTANDING service. Every member of staff is friendly and helpful. However the pushy sales attempts at check-in and checkout are annoying. The person offering the $299 special at checkout even followed me outside to the car after me firmly and politely declining the offer. This is harassment and left a bad taste after an otherwise excellent stay. So bad that after staying here for three visits over the past few years, I’m done with LeBlanc - won’t return until they learn to change these unnecessary and stupid sales practices, which may be never! Their loss.

My husband and I returned to Le Blanc Los Cabos for the 2nd time and loved every minute. The resort staff are the best in the industry, the restaurants and bars have top notch food and drinks and highest level of waiters and waitresses. Chefs that literally perfect every meal. Our concierge Miriam Ortega, was in constant contact with us from the moment we began researching dates, checked in and checked out. She planned the greatest excursions and shared family stories and we left feeling as those our families have known one another since forever, we love her! Montserrat Ceballos also our concierge, was kind, considerate and assisted us throughout our stay. They were both so thoughtful and provided excellent insight, amazing hospitality and a very personal touch for our off site excursions and on site experiences. They truly are passionate about helping their guests and want for each one of us to love our stay. Our butler's, Jordan and Scarlett on the 11th floor were amazing. They kept us up on all things resort related, each day. Greeted us with a smile and wished us a wonderful day, turned our room down with a variety of scents and artisian chocolates. The pool attendants, JJ, Sebastian and so many friendly waiters had our favorite loungers ready each day. Fresh ice water, refreshing drinks and snacks made for the most relaxing vacation. We look forward to many more vacations back.
