Wonderful resort. The staff were attentive.

We enjoyed this property so much! The rooms were very comfortable, food was delicious and amenities were top notch- they even left eye glass cleaners in the room each day! We will be back again soon!

We have been Palace Resorts members for 25 years ans have stayed at many palace resorts. This was our first time at Los Cabos.The quality of service is hard to sescribe. You are not treated like members (which we are , Residence members) but more like a long lost family member. All of the food was the best of any resort yet.The pools and grounds were beautiful.The room was excellent. The nightly music and mexican fiesta night as well as the superbowl party were fantastic.here are the folks who made our stay outstanding : pool staff: RUDOLPHO,OSCAR,ANGEL,MARLIN,CESAR,VICTOR,EDNA,JOEL,SEBASTAIN,ALBERTO,ULYSES. I have four people I would like to give a shoutout too. Lupe and Norma from Kakau cafe, the customer service is exceptional, always made me feel at home and cared for like their own. They’re quick and efficient yet serve with love. The next two are at the Infiniti pool, Manuel and JJ. They have served us in different ways. JJ made sure we were happy and comfortable at all times, offering us special treatment often. Manuel served us quickly and efficiently, and once my mom was having a stomach ache and he went out of his way to get us chicken noodle soup that healed her right up. There were many others who impressed us but these four really made our trip exceptional. So THANK YOU.

Every team member radiates sincerity and pride in what they do. You truly feel welcomed, appreciated, and cared for. The food was exceptional — beautifully presented, creative, and consistently delicious. Each meal felt like a fine dining event, and we looked forward to every reservation.
