The Most Amazing R&R Ever

My wife and I had to most amazing experience. Le Blanc's staff's attention to detail is impeccable. The amenities are outstanding, the food was amazing and the staff was so on their A game it felt like the staff to guest ration was 1 to 1. A day at the pool is awesome. Entertainment, food, drink and incredible service all lends to a day of R&R plus fun. The only down side... and I mean the only down side was we were not able to swim in the ocean due to the tides but it was amazing to get lost in looking at it.

This evening my daughters and I were truly entertained and serviced by Daniel. Daniel recommended several dishes/drinks to pair. His recommendations were spot. He was so personable and charming. He is quick witted and helped us to laugh so much. Our dinner was thoroughly pleasurable. If dining at Habibi be sure to request Daniel. You will have a really GREAT time!

My husband and I visited this resort in October and absolutely loved it—so much so that we decided to come back for our anniversary. Unfortunately, this second visit was a completely different experience, and not in a good way. On our first trip, we were lucky to have Fatima as our butler, and she was phenomenal. She went above and beyond every single day—greeting us each morning, checking in often to see if we needed anything, and making thoughtful suggestions to enhance our stay. Her service made our trip truly special. This time, however, the butler service has been disappointing, to say the least. The staff we’ve interacted with seem uninterested and inconvenienced by even the simplest requests. Whether it was asking for different drinks in our room or trying to push a dinner reservation by just one hour, everything has felt like a struggle. We were also placed on a different side of the resort this time, which seems to be the “forgotten” area. There’s never a butler at the desk, unlike during our first stay when the desk was always staffed and welcoming. The overall service has been lackluster, with the only standout being the gentleman by the pool who has been kind and attentive. It’s hard not to wonder if the exceptional service during our first visit was just a tactic to encourage repeat business. If we had received this level of service the first time, we definitely wouldn’t have returned. The resort is still beautiful, and the location is great, but service is what this place prides itself on—and it simply didn’t deliver. We’re disappointed that this anniversary trip didn’t feel special or pampering in any way. Ironically, our first visit (which was just a regular vacation) felt far more luxurious. Sadly, this experience has made it clear that we won’t be returning.

This was our third visit to the LeBlanc Spa Resort-we have always been very pleased with the hotel and the staff. They make every effort to make sure that your every desire is met at all times. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff is excellent. All of the restaurants have delicious offerings, and the spa is magnificent!
