My wife and I enjoyed our second visit to LeBlanc Cabo last month. Top notch hospitality, service, food and amenities. We enjoyed it just as much as we enjoyed our honeymoon stay in 2022.
The staff is incredible through and through, whether it was our Butlers (Romeo and Brandon), the bellman, poolside side (Luis, Edna and Auriello), and the servers at the restaurants (special shoutout here to Hector at Yama and Luis at Habibi).
We’ll be back LeBlanc, thank you again for another fantastic stay.

Amazing experience at International restaurant. The wait staff- Carlos, Milton y Fernanda were excellent. Great service!!!! The wine never stopped—attentiveness to our empty glasses was unmatched. Food was delicious and very attentive staff! Wine, steak, dessert—all good!
Could have been great. Beautiful property, marred by sleazy business tactics.

Mexico can be a wonderful place to visit, but some places you go, there's some kind of hustle going on - you have to keep your guard up.
However, after paying north of a thousand dollars a day, that absolutely should NOT be part of the experience. One shouldn't get barraged with a sleazy timeshare sales pitch upon checking in. It is tacky, and ruined our mood on the first day of what should have been a memorable vacation.
To make matters worse on check-in day, they delivered someone else's bags to our room, and took some time to find ours.
Service was generally good, but sometimes lacking. Room service was so slow that it was easier to go get takeout from one of the restaurants.
The final insult was that the $500 "credit" given upon booking turned out to be a scam as well - it can only cover half of spa treatments, and can't be used at the boutique, except for a single shelf of tacky crap.
Upon checking out, you guessed it - another sales pitch. This time for some certificate. As if I'm going to fall for this scam again.
And the final insult, here comes the check-out bill, and they've taken the liberty to include a "donation" to their pet charity. When asked about it, they said they could remove it. Darn right - if the charity is run with the same level of integrity as the rest of the front desk, they're likely skimming every nickel of it.

Had an all around amazing experience but wanted to write a review specifically for a few standout employees.
The first is Angel at the pool. Over 3 days we had outstanding service from Angel and his partners. We never had to look for him; he was always popping up asking if we needed anything and many times he brought the next round of drinks without asking. When we moved areas, he'd surprise us by showing up at the hot tub, or wherever else we wandered. He was fun to interact with, and we were sad to say goodbye to Angel on our last day.
The next employee is Pedro is Yama Restaurant. From the moment he greeted us with "Welcome to the best restaurant on the resort" we knew we were in for a special experience. He was so proud the the food, and we loved how he insisted on ordering our appetizers so that he could provide a wide-range of tastes of their finest food. A+ experience with him.
The third we wanted to recognize is Manny, who runs pool activities and some of the entertainment at the Stage Bar. We talked with him a lot on our trip and again, were sad to say goodbye.

My experience at Le Blanc was great especially dinner at Blanc International. Indalecio, Carlos and Miguel were absolutely delightful and made our experience that much better. We ate here twice for dinner because it was that good. I highly recommend this resort if you love quality food and service.
