Le Blanc isn't another hotel, it's our home away from home.

Le Blanc is an incredible resort. It's not the building that makes it so remarkable, it's the people. Everyone here is so nice and they always greet you with a smile. They remember your name. Cesar at the pool was not covering our area, but he saw us and made it a point to come over to say hola ( we've been here many times. We consider it our home away from home. Actually it's better. No cooking or cleaning). Rafael, Sebastian and Edna made sure we had the chairs and drinks of our choice at the pool all week. Francisco our waiter for breakfast at Ocean was outstanding. So was Raul at Habibi. There was a problem with our reservation ( no fault of Raul's) and he immediately fixed it. As a matter of fact, he handled it so well, we cancelled our reservation at another restaurant just to go see him at Habibi again. Karina and Antonio were our servers and they were great. They were always so warm and friendly. Edgar and Pedro were fantastic at Bella and the manager Daniel made it a point to introduce himself to say hi. Brenda, Guadalupe and Yaneli at the coffee shop always seemed to know what we always ordered. Luis and Angel our butlers always made sure we had everything we needed. Angel our concierge was also excellent. Montse, the concierge we had last time, also made it a point to stop by and say hello. We talked to Fermin, their manager, and he was also very nice. Excellent service. One thing that amazes us is that we have been going to Le Blanc since it opened in 2018 and we see the same employees everytime. Normally, the hospitality industry has a lot of turnover. The fact there is very little turnover at Le Blanc says a lot about how the hotel treats it's employees. All of them say how much they love working there and the hotel even has classes for free to teach employees how to speak English. We can't wait to go back!

Rogelio was the best. He was so attentive to us and made my breakfast really special. Rogelio and his kitchen team gave me a birthday celebration and it made our whole experience. Thank you to Rogelio, Alex, chef Miriam, David, Azucena, Liliana, Martha, Paty, Norma. And our other services from Karinme, Delicious, Salvador, Jesus, y Javier were exceptional! Gracias a todos!

Thank you is not enough! The entire staff at Le Blanc understands why people vacation, the value of connection and kindness. From Reservations to Pre Arrival to the Airport Transfer, not a detail was missed and all done by people that are excited to be a part of someone else’s positive experience. Our vacation team was led by two amazing Butlers, Scarlet and Jordan. These two handled everything perfectly with enthusiastic smiles each time, Nicole was a wonderful alternate. Dietary restrictions, allergies and food sensitivities are addressed with an emphasis on eating healthy and safe. The compassion, creativity and understanding of the chef at each restaurant is something to applaud. Starting with Executive Chef Julio and the entire team of chefs ; Chef Alejandro, Chef Daniel, Chef Jessica, Chef Johnathon, Chef Mariam, Chef Mauro, Chef Hector, Chef Roberto, Chef Vincente…. Thank you! Not to be overlooked at each restaurant are the equally amazing staff members who make a point of being welcoming, kind and engaging. It makes a difference Christian, Rigoberto, Tybae , Israel etc all do a great job leading their teams. Antonio, Carlos, Brian, Dolce, Milton, Miriam, Raphael, Edson, Angel, Oliver ….. thank you Outside or Poolside is really something that cannot be overstated, Joel is nothing short of a Magician, coordinating and leading with such great energy and enthusiasm that the staff works with giant smiles all day long, so much fun to watch…. Angel, Raphael, Juan Jose, Victor, Uliseses, Edna, Caesar, Hannia, Sebastian, Leonardo - Thank you And those that we have stayed connected with after the vacations, Montserrat and Alfredo, we are already looking forward to hearing their stories about family, pets and life in one of our favorite places. An incredible stay, the best food and incredible service. Bartender Jose makes the best drinks and is so intentional with each person. Our server Rojilio made every breakfast special. We will definitely be coming back.

Well, another fabulous trip to LBLC is in the books. Great memories that will last a lifetime. This review is in addition to our midweek review. Our last days were both fun-filled and relaxing. Everyone at the resort makes sure every guest is happy. Yes, we ared members but everyone receives exceptional service, We cannot thank Assistant GM Victor for always checking to see if there was anything that we needed. He works tirelessly and always has a smile. Our Diamond Concierge was excellent, of course. Sahari scheduled all of requests. Our stay was seamless. I will say that the entire DC team works very well together and will assist any diamond or residence member. Sarahi, Cesar, Leo, Scarlett, Monserat (spelling? Lo siento) and all the DCs are always eager to help, and you see them around the pool and at the beach checking on the members and all other guests. Fermin assists members and follows up with them as well. I enjoyed more spa services throughout our stay. Therapist Camilla’s service was amazing. I felt totally relaxed and enjoyed every minute. I will request Camilla in the future for sure. We will miss our friends from the morning breakfast at the International Buffet. We will miss being greeted by Itzel in October because she will be on leave. We wish her and her baby the best. Chef Miriam and Azucena need to give my husband cooking lessons. Dulce is always more than pleasant and always has a smile- she is also very efficient at her job. All the servers at the breakfast buffet are excellent. Quie the team! Our favorite restaurants are Bella, Blanc Steakhouse and Ocean. We appreciate the expertise of Chef Roberto, Chef, Jonathan, and Chef Vicente. Each meal is carefully planned and crafted. All the food is fresh and served at a great pace with the perfect temperature. Managers Israel (Blanc), Wendy (Ocean) and Daniel (Bella) are always on the run assisting the staff and guests. Of course, our servers for dinner Victor (Blanc), Diana (Ocean), Martin (Blanc), Oscar (Bella), Pedro (Bella), and Idali (Bella) provide excellent service and recommendations. We think people do not always recognize the value of the role of the hostesses. They are such an important aspect of the experience. We were always greeted with a smile by Estephania (Ocean) and Alejandra (Bella). Israel, manager of Blanc, frequently greets guests on arrival with the hostess. All guests receive warm welcomes at each restaurant. We tend to spend most of our time on the beach. I don’t think you can find more dedicated individuals than the Pool concierges (PCs). The PCs Sebatian, Juan (JJ), Rafael, Edna, Hannia and Cesar work go above and beyond every day and all day. Even in record heat, they are always on the move and we appreciate everything that they do. They cater to each and every guest. They are certainly the “A” Team! The beach waiters Johanna, Manuel Indalacio, Geraldo, Miguel, Ulises, Angel, Alberto and Alex are always quick with the beverages and food. Beach and pool manager Joel always has his finger on the pulse . Our time in the lobby bar and the Firebar was great. We enjoyed spending time with Ricardo, Eduardo S., Eduardo A., and Pablo. Excellent service from all. Nancy, Alicia, Linea, Victoria, Iris and Sandoval are always on the go. We appreciate their friendship We thank Sommeliers Yeo, Cesar and Carlos for their excellent wine choices that paired well with the dinners. Our rooms were always clean (spotless). Esveyde did an excellent job! Finally, we did enjoy room service for breakfast- especially on check out day. The food was warm and fresh. It was a real time saver for us. We are already booked for October. We look forward to seeing GM Roberto since we missed him this time. We apologize if we inadvertently missed anyone. You should be very proud of the service and experience you provide to each and every guest If you are looking for a vacation with an exceptional experience Le Blanc Los Cabo is the place. Although we are members, all guests received exceptional service. See you in October.
