The resort did well considering the recent hurricane. We asked about the TV everyday and no one came to fix it. We knew it was intermittent, but the room next to us had TV. Very dissatisfied in that regard. Overall, nice resort and friendly staff.

From the moment you arrive you greeted and welcomed brother best staff ever. You will not be disappointed with nothing at this resort. It's a 10 out of 10 !!

Beautiful Resort ! Very spacious and room ALSO VERY CLEAN. Rooms clean to a T and well as food preparation. ZERO complaints. Workers friendly. I would say due to the nature of the storm the elevators being down is quite a downer especially if you’re traveling with children who require a stroller as well as a wheelchair bound people. The suites are far from the resort so to get to the action you are definitely going to walk and while there’s golf carts they are only accessible sometimes or when you are checking in and out. Traveled with a friend and had a baby and it was a lot going up and down stairs with a stroller (though portable) just to get to restaurants and things. I would revisit again once things are officially back up and running and can see how things are actively operated.

We love the palladium, we love coming home?? Roberta at Poseidon is the best server on the resort. It is always a pleasure to see him. Donisha Swaby who is normally at the members beach, we found her at the pool bar. She is great always a pleasure to see. The grounds crew is amazing, they have done such a great job getting the resort back to the beautiful place we remember.
