Beautiful hotel, looks exactly as it does in the photo, people are very friendly. Food is good always something to eat. Sports bar has food up to 4am. Would visit again. We went to Dunn’s river climb all the way to the top, and you definitely need to visit Ricks both of these are all day excursions.

Need more activities for the visitors enjoy themselves even around the pool there is no music or fun activities also the night life could be worked on as there is no club an no selector finding some good songs to move to with your partner or alone

Our family visited the Grand Palladium for the 4th time in August and we are always so blown away by the staff, who let’s face it, make the holiday! We’d like to shout out a small number of staff that we have gotten to know. Karaka - based at sunset cove. Always witty and knowledgeable. He’s an exceptional bartender. Stephen Miles - Our friend for many years now. Thank you for another memorable experience. Our boys are always excited to see you. Kara - Always smiling and provides great service. Donna Kay - our friend from last year, based in the sports bar. Donna Kay is very kind and went truly above and beyond for us. Dalbert - At the Infinity bar works tirelessly Tamara - We have gotten to know Tamara and really enjoyed getting to know her. We value the new friendship that we have. Tenekie (Mimi) - She ran fantastic classes, ranging from cooking to cocktail making. Shannea- At miss Lou’s is another friend of ours from previously. She has our order ready before we sit down and always has a smile on her face. Thanks to the rest of the team at Miss Lou’s also. Tashae and the crew at kids club and absolutely amazing. They were patient with our kids, who really enjoyed kids club. The above named people, and there are too many more to name, make our holiday so special and are a huge factor as to why we keep returning.
