Receptionist were welcoming, kind and professionals The rooms were very clean and spacious with shower and bath separate. Fridge fully stocked with water, cold drinks and beer free of charge and being topped every morning. Beddings and towels were changed everyday. The Hotel is in a good location and amenities were many and within a reach. Swimming pool was massive with live guides on standby. The food, drinks and services were exceptional.in all hotels. All staff were very friendly in all areas of the hotel. Thank you

Great experience at resort. Staff very friendly rooms were very nice and clean. The kids center was great!

It was a short but relaxing and enjoyable stay. We particularly liked the live violinist at breakfast each morning. Kudos to the hospitality workers who were very professional and attentive.
Wonderful Resort- despite storm recovery challenges

Beautiful report and a great staff. The food was good and the oceanview room was spectacular. Probably the best oceanview of all my travels. It was also good to not have as many people on the resort due to the prior storm and the damage, but also difficult to enjoy because a lot still needs to be repaired.

We visited soon after Hurricane Melissa. Not everything was working and not all restaurants were open everyday, but they did rotate them during the week. Celebrated my birthday and daughter's 10th wedding anniversary.
