Lovely family holiday

My only criticism would be that people reserve pool and beach beds as early as 5.30am. You don’t want to be waking up on your holiday earlier than you would have to at home. Beds were often left with towels on all day unclaimed. I think a better system could be implemented to make it fair for all. However other than that we had a lovely stay. Food was lovely, always something on offer. The staff work very hard and at most are all super friendly. The kids club was brilliant! My daughter loved it and the staff again were very friendly and we felt safe knowing she was well looked after. We would come again.
A great stay that met our expectations overall

Friendly staff and great food on the whole. In addition to the buffet restaurants there is a choice of themed à la carte restaurants which provide some variation although not necessarily fine dining if that’s what you’re after. The pool is massive - the biggest we’ve seen- but can be a little noisy at times and you need to get up early to secure sun beds. We enjoyed Sunset Cove beach area and lunch in the Poseidon seafood restaurant. With several bars and waiters around the bathing area, you can enjoy cocktails throughout the day. We had two teens with us, they like chilling in the Sports Bar - as well as endless snacking! Overall, the holiday met our expectations and was good value for money.
À la carte - Sumptuori - Chef Jamie

Jamie at Sumptuori was a fantastic chef! Great food, better personality and quite friendly. We have had the pleasure of dining here multiple times and Jamie was definitely a hit with our table.
Terrible Staff

While the resort itself is beautiful, the hospitality was extremely disappointing—easily the worst we’ve experienced. From arrival, staff seemed unwelcoming, with no orientation or assistance, leaving us to figure everything out ourselves. Most interactions felt dismissive or inconvenienced. The most concerning issue was at Sunset Cove, where an employee offered to hold my bag while we kayaked and my AirPods were taken. When reported, management was indifferent and unhelpful. After that, we no longer felt comfortable using certain areas. A few staff members (Daniel and Willas) were wonderful, but overall, the service did not meet expectations. I would recommend staying elsewhere.
It was okay, beautiful property but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

The Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort was beautiful. The staff was wonderful, the place was well kept and I loved the trolleys that took us back and forth around the resort. Kids Club was great with my son and I loved that they had a full day of scheduled activities for the kids so they could not be bored. One issue that I consistently had at the resort was wash clothes and towels for the room. My room was reserved for 4 people but housekeeping constantly only put two wash clothes, towels and hand towels in my room. Every night we had to call to receive more and often times waited over an hour just to be able to take a shower. I even offered to come to guest services to pick them up but couldn't, I was told that housekeeping had to bring them to my room. Second issue was that the restaurants were all booked up before we even got there, someone from the resort could have sent an email to let us know about reserving a reservation prior to arriving and I would not have had an issue with that. For what I paid for my vacation I should have been able to eat at the steakhouse at least once. Someone at the front desk was able to get us a reservation at the Jamaican restaurant one of the nights but I would have loved to have an option. The buffet food was okay but overall I would rate it a 4/10 do to lack of flavor and variety. Lastly was the pool chairs, our first full day there I arrived at the pool when it opened only to find out that people reserved pool chairs at 7:00am, some of these people never even came down to the pool so people like myself had to literally stalk people for chairs, AGAIN I paid too much for this resort to not be able to get a pool chair and be comfortable when their were plenty ly of empty chairs around but people reserved them with towels at the crack of dawn.
