junior pop is a great experience for kids of all ages but if you child is younger than 13 you have to supervise them but it’s relaxing for adults as well and laytonia is the supervisor for the whole program and she does a wonderful job with them very friendly and easy to speak to i would recommend 1000 percent!!!!

The Grand Palladium is an absolute joyful place. The people, pools, rooms, facilities all great. You have to call the little buggies to get you around if you dont like walking. Unfortunately, due to the culture of some that overtip or tip everytime, the staff have become used to this and if you do not tip, they can be a little submissive. The A'la Carte restaurants need to be booked in advance. We did the indian and I would not recommend it. Seated outdoors in 30 degrees with 2 fans on is awful and its not really indian! You will be found by the travel club people onsite who offer a gift bag and then you spend 3 hours going through rates of the hotel if you join. We thought ok to give it a shot but shocked when quoted over £16k to join.. The mini fridge should be filled daily if you get the room cleaned. There is a hair dryer and iron in the room. Take your own hand wash as there is a small soap in the bathroom. There is shower gel, shampoo and body lotion in the bathrooms. $25 per hour if you to have a late check out. You can carry on eating and drinking until you are picked up Duty Free at Montego Bay is super slow service so give yourself time. Overall loved the hotel, the people most staff, restaurants coffee shop pools all fantastic. Currently at the airport heading home Any questions feel free to reach out.

So this is my first time to Jamaica and I am loving the experience so so much the kids absolutely loved it too the best family trip ever we meet a young lady her name is Laytonia very professional and always smiling ?? my kids didn’t want to leave the junior pop club because she let them feel so welcome thanks to her

First time in Jamaica and this resort made it a great experience. Special thanks to Tasha, Phaedra, Shakira and Monique in The kids club who made it such a memorable experience that my daughter still talks about it today. The entertainment was great and the best all-inclusive I have ever had!!! 10/10
