Had a great time at this resort. It is spacious with friendly staff. I would like to go back and experience it again!

Summary: 1. I encountered impolite staff at the front parking area who wrongly claimed reserved spots for the sales manager without signage. 2. The front desk provided inaccurate information about dining locations and room service hours. 3. Heavy rain exposed safety hazards like missing handrails and standing water. 4. Upon check-in, a family member was given a room still occupied by previous guests. 5. Room access wristbands were poorly made and required frequent adjustment. 6. The experience did not match the cost paid. 7. The stay was physically demanding due to unreliable shuttle services and lack of elevators, making it difficult for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. I had to ask someone to take my 60lb bag down 4 flights of stairs because the bell boy didn't show up. 8. We tried to order room service and were on a call for 45 mins just to order. 9. We went for a family wedding and stood and waited more than an hour at the reception area on chairs to be transported from the wedding venue (on the compound)

Grand Palladium Jamaica was a beautiful resort. My only issues were housekeeping not leaving towels after cleaning the room, the phone didnt work to reserve a shuttle ride, and the ATM machine did not work.

Enjoyed every moment as my first visitation excellency to anyone who had a plan to visit this is a must see resort

This is my second stay at this resort and I absolutely love staying here! It's a vibe within itself! Already planning for next year. Even despite Hurricane Beryl hitting the resort 2 days before we flew in, it still was like they didn't miss a beat!
