An enjoyable stay at Grand Palladium
Sharon O (Edinburgh, United Kingdom) on Mar 28, 2026
Hotel had lovely grounds with great beaches & spacious clean rooms. À la carte restaurants were good and buffet for lunch & breakfast was decent. Sunset cove was a lovely beach with loungers, palm trees, food & beach bar. Water sports were good but staff really quite rude and still demanding a tip for very little effort. Pool was a disappointment with loungers being reserved early doors and making it difficult to get anywhere near the pool despite most not being used. Other pools were only available to guests who upgraded, so busy main pool was only option. Wrist bands doubled as a room key which would’ve been great however it failed 3 times in 10 days & needed to be reprogrammed each time at reception. Check in process was very slow but no real information provided about the resort. ‘Timeshare’ reps very persistent throughout our stay and not appreciated. Staff Highlights: Charlene, mojito queen - provided great drinks with local rum with a certain charm. Richard, the gardener, who greeted us each day with a cheery smile. Overall decent resort and an enjoyable holiday
Disgraceful lack of communication and poor customer service
amberwI2158XY (Manchester, United Kingdom) on Mar 28, 2026
Very concerning lack of communication and stone walling from staff at all levels. We are having serious difficulties regarding a group booking for this summer at the Palladium. We have very serious concerns as we have been trying for weeks to contact staff and resolve outstanding issues in relation to the group booking. We have continuously been stone walled by staff who hang up, give incorrect email details and refuse to resolve matters. At this stage we are at our wits end as a considerable amount of money has been spent by a number of family members at home and flying in from abroad. Having exhausted all other means of contact and attempts to resolve outstanding issues the only option left is to contact the CEO of the Palladium Group.
An absolute nightmare
Livingstone M on Mar 28, 2026
We have booked our family vacation for July 31- 3August. And it’s a nightmare already. Getting the booking information is next to impossible although we are paying upwards of USD35000. Gillian Lewis is such a disappointment , very disorganised and dishonest. We cannot get through to a manager or anyone responsible, we cannot get our banqueting information even though we booked in November 2025. It is the most bizarre and frustrating experience of any hotel resort we have to deal with. An absolute nightmare
Overall great for a mother-daughter trip
bhartibianca32 on Mar 28, 2026
Overall, the trip was great. We were originally booked in a room with a single bed, but the next day they switched us to one with two. The beaches are beautiful and I loved that you’re able to kayak and snorkel at one of them. Food wise, remember you’re at a resort, but truly this was some of the best food we’ve ever had on our resort trips. The Indian food tastes similar to what you might get in Canada. The chef that works there is Indian himself and the flavours are authentic. Lots of yummy options for vegetarians too. One problem that was frustrating throughout our stay was the accessibility. My mom walks with a cane and it was hard to get a shuttle a lot of the time. You just had to hope one would pass by that you could flag down. And with the layout of the main portion of the resort, where the restaurants and lobby are, shuttles aren’t able to go there, and we ended up walking 3/4 of the way to our room before we were able to get one, so we figured we might as well just walk the entire way back. For people with more serious accessibility concerns, this could be a major issue for you. Also, during the shift change, we did wait an hour to get a shuttle from Sunset Cove beach to the main resort. For my special shoutouts: Roy at the beach bar and Ambrosia and Shanney at Miss Lou Cafe were great and mixed us some strong drinks with quick service. Vivienne, our cleaner, was so sweet and she made the room feel like home. Edison at Mo Bay buffet was very attentive and I was surprised he remembered us after a few days. Orlando was also a fantastic waiter. We wish we could have dined in his section at the Indian restaurant our last night, but it was full. Thankfully, Jon, the supervisor at Mo Bay buffet helped us out. I’d also like to shoutout Donovan, Juhvayne, Jermaine, Zavier and so many others who made our trip special.
Chocolate experience at the grand palladium

The chocolate experience was pretty good. They made it so fun and entertaining. 10/10 would do it again.
