Our boys loved the junior POP. Time away from the beach and the heat. Chilling and playing. Staff were brilliant and always welcoming. Laytonia was awesome and friendly.

This resort was so beautiful and amazing. We were made to feel like family. We will be returning. The only issue we had was the hard bed, but with everything else being so perfect we didn't care.

Very clean. Angela Diaz did a fantastic job. Most of the staff were very friendly including the groundsmen who helped us with our suitcases when the cart never turned up on departure. Food was amazing especially in the Mobay restaurant. It rained most afternoons and the foyer walkways got flooded which meant it was slippy. The aircon leaked so we were moved to another room, which had a lovely fruit and wine gift waiting. Overall our stay was a nice one. Hopefully will be returning next year but up to yet Tui are not advertising the hotel
