Our family (11 of us) spent 5 nights here in July 2026. The resort is pretty and the specialty restaurants and buffet restaurant are very good. But we found the staff to generally be lazy and not at all wanting to help or please. The liquor at the bars are the cheaper brands and canned or bottled beer is generally only available in the room refrigerators. Free room service actually costs $18 per use and free use of kayaks and paddle boards actually costs a one time fee of $20. The included transportation from the airport to the resort included an hour and 20 minute wait on the bus before it even departed for the 45 minute ride to the resort. Having stayed at a number of all inclusive resorts in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, I would rate this resort well below those. I would not return.

Kadeen Ford , is one I’m going to rant and rave about . From my husbands and I arrival , she has been nothing but nice and welcoming. We loved the rum punch . She was sooo nice to us every time we came to her station upstairs . She really made little old me from America feel like family . Kadeen was also very very nice to my kids as well . We bonded over our names all starting with K . She is definitely a face that is needed on the front as she is amazing with the guest who come through for check in or check out . Thank you Kadeen , much love !!!! Amazing hospitality!!!

This place is extremely overrated and most of the staff are very rude and dismissive. They charge $18 room service fee every time you order service and they never answer phone just rings and then it hangs up after waiting for about 5 min

Incredible resort. Food, service, hospitality!!!! Offered everything you could think of. From relaxation to plenty of activities.

Very disappointed with room service something that the hotel automatically accommodate each room with wash, rags and towels soap paint a lot of money for the five days that I was there not to be accommodated with those small things I had to buy my own soap I had to ask for wash rides and towels at your service desk and I had to ask for a refrigerator that got cold because the medication that I take needs to be cold and I had to wait a whole day before they gave me a new refrigerator. The rooms are outdated. The hotel is outdated. I understand there was a hurricane, but when you reopened, you should’ve updated your hotel.
