Tashae was a great team member she showed my kids alot of love give them all the attention like I would a big thank you once again to tashae.

Literally just returned from there. Travelled from uk stayed 2x weeks on the jamaica side of the hotel. Staff are really good, all friendly and helpful. Tracy ann on Reception is great, managed to 'manage' us when we had some issues with the room. Richard the groundskeeper was great, really warm and wanting you to enjoy yourself. Lauraline concierge woman was good as well, even tho shes selling the travel club. More on that later. Food is v good, except the jerk huts which is precooked and has limited options as sides. Need to have some salad not just rice and peas. Hotel runs around tipping tho, blame the ameticans for that. If u are from uk make sure u tell the staff this is an expensive holiday and you arent tipping like the yanks! Hotel is big. Lots to do restaurant and beach wise. You will need to get used to using the buggies to get about. These things need to run like a bus sevice as unless you are vocal like us u wonr get a buggy and u gonna be knackered. The travel club presentation is a hard sell. If you are from the uk it aint worth it as flights in a package holiday are subsidised etc. Trust me ive done the maths and had the arguments so you dont have to. Entertainment is low key, so dont expect a party hotel. Its also in the middle of nowhere so your trapped unless u negotiate a driver. Best to get a card from a cab man and make private arrangements. Darius was a very nice guy in the cab station. Rooms a tad dated, but big. As others have said, a third floor room will be a lot of stairs. Building works wont affect you, thats a whole new part of the hotel. Overal was a great holiday, staff good and drinks were the highlight. Normally go to riu hotels, been jamaica 7 times, this hasnt changed my mind on that necessarily, so probs riu again next time. I do t like the way this hotel is going for a layered / levelled experience, ehere u pay more on top when u get there. As for me that just means you giving less to prioritise higher paying guests. That business model annoys me, so in all liklihood unless someone else wants to go i doubt we would return. But if your booked, im envious, you will have a great time.

Our room was unsuitable due to a leak that progressively worsened throughout our stay. We attempted to report the issue, but no appropriate action was taken to resolve it. The severity of the damp eventually became so concerning that we were forced to move rooms just five days into our holiday, with only four days remaining before our departure. The lack of support from TUI staff was extremely disappointing, as there appeared to be nobody available to assist us or take responsibility for the situation. Furthermore, the maintenance worker stated that the issue had been fixed, when clearly it had not been resolved. This situation significantly affected our holiday experience. We should not have had to spend our time chasing staff to address a serious maintenance issue, nor should we have been left in a room affected by worsening damp before action was finally taken. The overall handling of this matter was unacceptable, and I do not feel that the compensation offered adequately reflects the disruption, inconvenience and distress caused. Then the management want to refund us 1 nights stay when we spent nearly £6000! Disgusting

Unfortunately this was disappointing accommodation. The whole resort is probably five star but the accommodation in my opinion is scraping a 3+ star
