This was my second stay at the Grand Palladium Jamaica, and while I already knew I loved the resort, this visit was truly elevated because I used the Kids Club for the first time. My 5 year old daughter had the best time. It was perfect for her age, and she was excited to go every day. It was wonderful to see her so happy, allowing me to relax knowing she was in great hands. A special thank you to the incredible team: Tashae, Trizel, Tasharrie, Tyrieka, and Anna Kaye. Your energy and kindness made my daughter feel so welcome, and she hasn’t stopped talking about the fun she had with you all.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Kids Club at Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa. From the very first day, the entire team made us feel completely at ease leaving our two children in their care. As parents, there is nothing more valuable than peace of mind, and we truly felt we could leave our kids there with total confidence and trust. Every day was filled with fun, creative, and engaging activities that kept our children excited to come back. They looked forward to the Kids Club each morning, and it quickly became one of the highlights of our vacation. A very special thank you to Tashae, Trizel, Tasharrie, Tyrieka, and Anna Kaye. Each of them was warm, attentive, energetic, and genuinely caring. Their kindness and enthusiasm made all the difference, and it was clear they truly love what they do. Thank you for helping make our family vacation so relaxing and memorable. We would not hesitate to return, knowing our children are in such amazing hands!
