The level of service is not up to par for an all-inclusive family resort. The staff is unfriendly about 90% of them and they do not make you feel like you on vacation. We tried our best to enjoy as much as we can, when you see Grumpy faces all around you all the time it's hard to enjoy yourself

We recently hosted our daughter’s wedding at Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall in Montego Bay for over 90 guests, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service, warm Caribbean hospitality, and attention to detail that far exceeded our expectations. The wedding coordination was superb — every detail was executed flawlessly, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our daughter’s special day was magical. From décor to timing to the flow of the entire celebration, the Hyatt team handled everything with professionalism and grace. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the hotel, the food, and the amenities. Special mention must go to the Choicez Restaurant and the Jerk Hut Grill — the flavors were authentic, fresh, and a true culinary celebration of Caribbean culture. Every day featured a different variety of dishes, which was a breath of fresh air for our family of Caribbean descent. While the property is currently undergoing renovations and some rooms were a bit more dated than others, this in no way took away from the experience. The rooms were clean, the hotel grounds beautifully maintained, and the service — absolutely impeccable. What stood out the most was the staff. Every team member we encountered greeted us with genuine smiles, professionalism, and that signature “Hyatt warmth.” It’s rare to feel such consistency in service across an entire resort, and we appreciated each and every moment. Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall provided the perfect setting for one of the most important milestones in our family’s life. We are deeply grateful and would highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a destination wedding or simply looking for an exceptional Caribbean getaway.
