Great, huge room, great location, really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is nice, but please loose the plastic single use cups and cutlery. Was in a larger room on 19th floor with panaramic view. In total though, would highly recommend, thanks for being great hosts

Excellent experience at this hotel. Clean room, efficient check in/check out, fast elevators, nice pool/fitness, decent breakfast, and a great location. Right across the street from the convention center and the arena, short walk to Broadway, short walk to Martins BBQ. Would highly recommend.

I am a Marriott enthusiast, so it is always my top choice. Marriott never let's me down with the cleanliness and perks of being a Bonvoyage member. Though the customer service is always great, I had the best customer service in Nashville. ROBIN and KEVON were downright amazing. They were very personable,knowledgeable, and prompt in their response to my needs. I feel as if I made two new best friends at the Residence Inn Nashville Downtown.

Everything was great! Close to convention center and Broadway! Nice pool and hot tub along with pool bar. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. Only downfall was not too accommodating with 1-2 pm check out like other Marriott’s hotels and resorts we visited!

Beautiful, clean, quiet rooms. Friendly staff and valet parking. We found out Nicki Minaj also stays here, which was cool, she was there when we were there also. Morning breakfast included with our stay, breakfast was good, very clean and helpful, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel in downtown Nashville, Tennessee!
