Nice location - good AC considering the temperatures. Housekeeping was horrible - only cleaned properly once on request - we requested 4 times and they only really did it once. In kitchen the ice maker didn’t work - toilet would only refill with water about 75% of the time - vent in bathroom did not work.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, 2 blocks away from Broadway, and right next to the convention center. The breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Our room was beautiful, very clean. The itchen was definitely a bonus. Thank you for having us!

Youssef Tarek was amazing! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made our experience at the rooftop bar so much fun. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and brought such great energy to the whole night. Excellent service and an even better personality. We’ll definitely be back and hope to see Youssef again!
