TripAdvisor Traveler Rating

We got to the hotel a little early….and went to go see about checking in early. We went to the wrong check in desk (there are 3 Marriott brands within the one hotel). We went to the AC one and not Residence inn (oops!). Michelle, at the front desk, said “no problem! Let me see what I can do to help you today!” She took her time and chatted with us and even got us an upgrade, AND got us checked in a bit early! Michelle gave us all of our keys and then took the time to show us where everything was! She went above and beyond. One our last night there, we walked in our room and found a thank you card from her! Thank you Michelle for being incredibly awesome!!! We loved our room. Was clean and stayed nice and cold. We had the king, one bedroom room. Our teen was comfortable on the pull out couch. For me, the only downfall was the noise I heard from outside (nothing to make a big deal out of….we are in Nashville and our room was facing the main road!). The noise went until about 2am. Just wanted to make a note to bring a fan or noise machine of some sort! ??. We did get to use the pool a couple of times and loved that as well!!!! Having a breakfast included was such a good perk! Thank you for providing a great stay! Another big thank you to Michelle as well!!!!

Wonderful room, beautiful amenities. Valet service was excellent, especially Dre. Pool attendant was rather rude on Saturday, August 8, but that did not ruine our trip!!

Room was great! Everyone was nice and helpful. We had a wonderful experience with valet. Winston was so kind and made sure we were well taken care of before we left! A sweetheart and good at the job !

Great hotel! Youssef at the rooftop bar was amazing nd the drink I had was great as well!
