AWFUL!

Jessica C (Edinburgh, United Kingdom) on Apr 21, 2024

i echo everything said about the dated rooms which staff heroically kept clean. the reception staff mostly friendly and the reception area a nice place to relax. however personally I thought the breakfast was awful. everyday the same thing , scrambled eggs , ‘grits’ corned beef ?? bacon , highly coloured breakfast cereal pancakes and waffles. there was melon each day , no change of fruit. no change of anything. where is anything for vegans or vegetarians ? where are any kind of salad vegetable ? fine if you’re from the southern US maybe but not for us Europeans. quantity no quality ! the pool also a disappointment in so ways . towels missing , and the chairs covered in pigeon poo and not cleaned the whole time was there - disgusting . staff are well mannered and very efficient but where’s the management ? do they not see that every single sun chair is covered in bird mess. ? AWFUL music by the pool ., some kind or rap played so deafeningly loud boom boom boom heavy on the base the whole place shaking and vibrating. couldn’t read ; couldn’t even listen through headphones as the awful noise came through. like being in a mad night club impossible to relax. nonstop .. spoiled the whole experience. hardly anyone by the pool and that’s probably why . this was daytime by the way we are from uk and france in our 40s. very well travelled and apart from the gorgeous environment pretty much the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in

Perfectly Fine Location and Hotel

590BobH (Brick, New Jersey) on Apr 08, 2024

Perfectly fine hotel with good breakfast and full access to the Atlantis. No issues at all for us with a group of 7. Maybe it’s a little dated but it’s clean. People were very nice and the grounds very clean. If you want a complaint it’s a little bit of a walk to Atlantis to get daily wrist bands. But you are right across street from all the restaurants

Comfort Suites for the WIN!!!!!!!

TourVaana (Nassau, New Providence Island) on Apr 01, 2024

I have to give kudos to the Management and Staff at this property! From the moment we walked in the door, throughout our entire stay, I felt like they took great pride in their work! I had difficulty printing our show tickets and the front desk agent kindly printed them for me. Also, our room was very clean and comfortable. Thanks for a fun trip!

Convenient Access to Atlantis and Great Food

Dianne B on Mar 31, 2024

Enjoyed our M-F stay. The staff took good care of us. Mike and Mario in the lobby, Denzel and Suzette at the desk were great. Crystal in Crusoe's restaurant was a doll. The food at the hotel was great and we loved the band on Thursday night. M&W there was a hospitality rum punch happy hour too. The free hot breakfast buffet and getting access to Atlantis for no added fee were great perks! Oh...and beach towels provided each day were appreciated. The facilities were clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is our bathroom fan was not working. The hotel is clearly older but an effort is made to keep it presentable. Be prepared to pay a lot for drinks and meals...Island Prices! {Paid $24 for 2 fish tacos at Bimini Road in Atlantis...however, they were outstanding!} And unless you have kids who go for free....the side trip to see the swimming pigs was way overpriced for what was offered. And the pigs only waded. : / The pool areas at Atlantis got busy quickly...so getting on line for your day pass by 8:30 is a good idea. I loved the rapids ride and chaise lounge chairs on the beach with individual shades. Lots to do if you don't want to sit and relax. All in all....Comfort Suites is a great deal. Just bring comfortable walking shoes because we walked everywhere and only needed a taxi to and from the airport

Room was damp, but Atlantis access was amazing!

Stephen N (Key West, Florida) on Mar 21, 2024

We stayed here for free for five nights on points, so we actually paid $500 in fees. But we got six days at Atlantis basically for free which was incredible. The cheapest room at Atlantis was $700 a night. The room, as expected, Was pretty damp, even though it was recently renovated with new furniture. They worked on the air conditioner, but never could take the dampness out of the air. We travel extensively and this was beneath Our standards, but still worth it for the free access to Atlantis. Breakfast was good. The best thing about the hotel is the staff; they were all really amazing. So friendly and helpful, every one of them. I think our stay would’ve been about $2000 compared to 3500 at Atlantis if we have paid cash. If it’s easy to afford Atlantis that’s a better choice, but if you want to save some money and can put up with the dampness of the hotel, this is a good option. Literally a four minute walk to Atlantis.
