The staff were really friendly and helpful, but the Wi-Fi was horrible. Only usable in the pool area which was really inconvenient as my roaming wasn't working. Rooms were clean and well kept

I would say the visit was good except for two things the breakfast tasted awful and the fact that 3 of my step fathers items went missing after room service came his head phone designer hat and belt all disappeared we just double checked are luggage to make sure we didn’t make a mistake it is not there and it wasn’t in the room.

I got to the hotel and it took half hour to check in. I went to my room only to be disappointed! It had a strong musty smell and when I turned the lights on I found cockroaches running up the wall. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for another room. The manager Carmine and Darren told me they were searching for another room and to sit down I checked in a few times with them to find out how they were coming along finding me another room. We had not eaten and wanted to put our belongings in a room so that we could find someplace to have dinner they did not even offer us any water or snack snacks while we were waiting They kept telling me they were looking for another room, and after an hour, my patience was starting to wear thin. They finally told me they found a room and supposedly making a new room key. I checked again to find out when we would get the room key another half hour went by. At this point I was not confident in their ability to help me and I was extremely frustrated with the situation and a waste of an hour and a half of my time so I demanded that they cancel my reservation. I will not be going back. A smelly bug infested hotel is not for me.

It’s 4 o’clock check in was at 3, and we’re in line with about 100 people who are waiting for rooms as well. This is horrendous.

From the moment we stepped on the property nothing but family oriented love from GM Barbie Rolle and her staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was satisfying, and the location—just steps from Atlantis and beautiful beaches—couldn’t be better!! I highly recommend Comfort Suites Paradise Island and can’t wait to return. If you want a stay filled with comfort, kindness, and Caribbean hospitality at its finest, this is the place!
