We had a great experience at this hotel! Our room was very spacious, clean and quiet despite that it faced the road heading toward the main entrance. Beds were comfortable and allowed for a good quality of sleep. Service from the staff was attentive and breakfast, though limited, was always hot and of consistent quality. The location is second to none, steps away from Atlantis and the marina, putting a ton of shops, restaurants and services at our fingertips. The only issue we had during our stay was with the water pressure of the shower, it was very weak and in some settings it would come down to a trickle. Conversely, water pressure from the tub faucet was good, so I think there might have been an issue with the shower head. I'd also recommend that the hotel considers a door wedge to keep the door open at Crusoe's during breakfast rush. The door is self closing and people who were carrying their food to the outside tables had to juggle in order to open the door for themselves, or hope that someone would come by to hold the door for them. This would be an easy improvement that would enhance the experience during breakfast Aside from that, all positives during our visit and I'd definitely come back and recommend to others!

Clean and pretty peaceful place to be even with when children's play around it's a nice place to be over PI, affordable, service on point, simple breakfast food but nice! Exceptional location ???? Front desk service 5 start in special Mr. Calvin!

We fully expected it to be a basic hotel as it is but the smell in the halls and our room was just terrible. Damp and musty, with a mouldy smell. Ceiling tiles leaking with water and some ceiling tiles laying on the floor fully soaked in the halls. I became so congested on the 4th night and for the rest of our stay and I’m convinced it was from mould as it resolved when I came home. The housekeepers were constantly spraying room spray day and night in the halls and rooms so it was a mix of chemicals and mould at all times. Next to no water pressure in the shower. The check in process was very unorganized, took very long and the staff not friendly or welcoming. The customer service for breakfast and the restaurant was horrible. Not a smile, not a hello, not friendly at all. We felt like we were a bothersome to them at all times. One morning I politely asked if there was oatmeal and the server yelled at me “not today!”. We will never return.

We had a magical stay at Comfort Suites! Every meal we had was exceptional and the free breakfast had a great selection of both Bahamian and American options! This resort has the best of both worlds as guests are able to enjoy the fun and vibrant energy of Atlantis along with the relaxing atmosphere at Comfort Suites! Also the staff on property are kind and super helpful! I’d recommend this place for any vacation!
