I really appreciate the assistance, patience and overall knowledge of the staff, it was refreshing. Booking for a total of 32 persons could be a lot but with the persons I encountered from booking to registering down to the cleaning staff they all were wonderful, very helpful. It was very easy. The communication from the beginning to the end was very surprising. The staff did not drop the ball at all. The rooms were very clean, the restaurant also, the food was served hot, only noise you heard was at the poolside which is expected. That was not too loud but gave a nice vibe. Location was convenient with parking. Atmosphere was ok and the advantage of having access to Atlantis water parks and other places made the experience so much better. So in a sense, you got value for your money. Also to the person who assisted me with the checking in, hats off to you. My experience with everyone was a 10 out of 10. By the way the conch fritters were very delicious. Thank you Comfort Suites.

Our group had a fantastic stay at Comfort Suites Paradise Island! The accommodations were clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were especially cozy and provided a great night’s sleep after long days of travel and busy event schedules. We were traveling with a large group, and the hotel offered plenty of lounging and gathering space, making it easy for everyone to relax and spend time together. One of the biggest highlights was the convenient access to Atlantis. Having all the benefits of Atlantis while enjoying the comfort and value of Comfort Suites made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Ashley Davis, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She made planning easy, ensured our group was well taken care of, and provided excellent transportation recommendations that helped everything run smoothly. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly appreciated. We highly recommend Comfort Suites Paradise Island for both groups and families visiting the Bahamas. We look forward to returning on our next trip! ?????

Our Marriage Retreat stay at Comfort Suites Paradise Island was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The entire experience felt like a rewarding and refreshing getaway for all of us. The sales team and housekeeping staff were exceptional so warm, professional, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. They truly made us feel welcomed and cared for every step of the way. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and very comfortable, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy the retreat experience. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious with a great variety of options that everyone enjoyed. One of the biggest added bonuses was receiving passes to Atlantis, which made the trip even more exciting and memorable! It truly added extra value and fun to our stay. To top it all off, during lunch one of the staff members serenaded us, creating such a beautiful and heartfelt moment that made the experience even more special. The lunch itself was also absolutely delicious! Thank you to the entire Comfort Suites Paradise Island team for helping make our marriage retreat such a wonderful success. We highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return next year!

We always enjoy our stay at Comfort Suites. The staff are very friendly. The rooms, based on the location, typically have a nice view of the hotel and its surroundings. The rooms themselves are very spacious and comfortable enough for our liking. The hotel itself is nicely located next to the Coral Tower so the Marina Village and entrance to the Coral are not a very long walk. Last but certainly not least, we appreciate and look forward to the complimentary breakfast.
