Another fantastic vacation at Comfort Suites Paradise Islands. We went with 13 of our family members, spanning multiple generations. The hotel was perfect for everyone! We spent our mornings at Atlantis and always loved coming back to Comfort Suites to get away from the crowds and relax at the pool and pool bar. The service was fantastic, as always and the rooms were spacious and clean. A standout from our vacation was the food at Comfort Suites. We honestly believe they offer the best food on the island, way better than anything we tried at Atlantis. The conch fritters are AMAZING! Can’t say enough about this hotel and we can’t wait to go back again next year.

An awesome check in experience! Reginald and Javan made me feel right at home from the minute they greeted me! The room is fine and pool bar is nice also. So far all is great, thanks to an amazing staff. I’m looking forward to dinner in Carusos tonight. An extra plus is the admission to the Atlantis Water Park.

My family group of 15 persons had a winderful time at Comfort Suites. The rooms were very clean, meals at Crusoe's were excellent , and the staff were efficient and very friendly. We will return. The closeness to Atlantis and free use of Aquaventure is a huge plus!!

Normally a hotel like this would be a 2 to 3. But because of its proximity to the Atlantis , Paradise Island, I would rate this one a 4. It has its own bar downstairs which one could consider ample at best. They were doing some minor construction during the time that I visited in April 2024. The pool was clean and in good shape also. There were decent sized crowds at the downstairs bar / restaurant here. The food was good as well. Partook of several meals there during the visit.

Booked online. Called and spoke with them about the reservation. Was told we could enjoy the pools and water slides and could drop our bags. That was a lie. Even though I had a printout of the chat. Then they charged me more because they had me in the system as 1 person. There are two of us. My reservation clearly shows 2 people. Have it printed out - showed them and it didn’t matter. Had to pay more or not have a room. Unless you want to be treated like a commodity, and deal with being lied to while they take more of your money - look elsewhere. Not even in our room yet and it’s been a joke. They do not do what they say - even if you have the paperwork showing them what they told you. You get a sorry while they charge you more and deliver less. Stay elsewhere - the management here sucks.. just a money grab. They lie and then they charge you more while they do it. Doesn’t matter what you book or who you talk to - it’s all just BA to get your money.
