This was a horrible experience, the rooms had a strong mold like smell, we changed rooms immediately but the next room still had the smell just not as strong the floors were cracked and the room was not cleaned well. We noticed a pretzel on the floor by the bed when we first got into the room and after 3 days of house keeping it was still on the floor, I would not stay here again. There were also problems with the water. Yes you get the passes for Atlantis and free breakfast but it is not worth it, it’s a 2 star hotel so keep that in mind when booking. Beware this is not a nice place to stay!!!!

The location was very convenient for our purpose. We arrived approximately 4:00pm. The grounds of the hotel is well kept and beautiful. Check-in went well. Instructions to find our room (take 1st left, then second left) didn't prepare us for the maze we had to through to reach our room. The corridors and room had a mold like smell and gave the sense of unused space. Preparation of the room was incomplete as we met the door ajar and the comforter sitting atop the bathroom sink. The room dynamics is strange with the kitchen amenities right next to the bed to include the sink and small refrigerator. The furniture is dated. The AC was very noisy and not super cold. The water pressure in the bath was low and the bathroom sink was spouting water all over the countertop when opened. The trampling overhead was disconcerting. The Staff was very courteous and friendly. The Complimentary Breakfast was good. I felt the options were good (toast, eggs, bacon, juice, tea, coffee, potatoes, sausage links, assorted pastries, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, fruit. We had reason to request accommodation for one additional night and we were accommodated without any difficulty. Anthony's within 5 minutes walking distance was a plus. Extremely great customer service, good food reasonably priced. I can't honestly indicate I would book Comfort Suites again.

I had a fabulous time here. No complaints. The front staff was efficient and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is across the street from Atlantis and the use of its facilities was amazing. It's also near the bridge, so it you're up to it, it's a Nike walk to Potters Cay for authentic Bahamian food. It's also close to downtown and most Nassau tourist spots. They offered a daily continental breakfast which was filling. I would recommend and stay again.

We had a pretty good stay at Comfort Suites Paradise Island. The biggest plus for us was definitely having access to Atlantis. That alone made the hotel worth considering, especially for the price. Overall, I thought the value for the money was good. The breakfast was better than expected. They had a good mix of hot and cold foods and everything we tried was tasty. The eggs were a little too soft for my liking, but that’s just personal preference. The rooms were okay — nothing fancy or amazing, but they were fine for what we needed. The one thing that was really annoying was how hard the doors slam. You can hear pretty much every time someone comes in or leaves the rooms around you, so it can get a little noisy, especially when people are coming and going early or late. Overall, I would stay here again. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay and want the added benefit of access to Atlantis, Comfort Suites is a good option.
