Beaches Jamaica - A Great choice

The absolute best choice my family and I have made for our summer vacation of 2025. My wife and I were looking for a family getaway , where we could experience new things but also enjoy time with our 3 kids (1yr) (7yr) (11yr) . This resort does not disappoint, from kids day camp to the wonderful service of the staff and management . They we’re always asking how are trip is going plus they were authentic in their approach and communication each time . All restaurants were great but there was one restaurant that we enjoyed so much . The night before we went to the restaurant we unknowingly was talking to the main chef Edgar - he was so excited that we were there and he enjoyed speaking to us. Once we visited his resturant he did not disappoint, his food was seasoned and delicious. We heard so many other guest complimenting chef Edgar , so we knew he was a gem. So next time you’re in Negril , you MUST visit Edgar .

I took my daughters on a beach vacation to this resort. Overall, the service was good and we had fun. The shows were entertaining and the grounds were very clean and beautiful. We did have some issues with the water in our rooms. No hot water in the shower or sink initially. Once we brought it to their attention, the showers had warmer water, but never the sink. Additionally, from my previous experience at a Sandals resort, if I booked this trip again, I would upgrade to Butler service. It’s a game changer, definitely worth the upgrade to have personalized service. Also, even though the resort says “all inclusive, including gratuities “, definitely bring plenty of cash for tipping. We rented a beach cabana which did not include gratuity, but was a wonderful experience . Our cabana attendant was exceptional. Any baggage handling at the airport, including the Club Mobay escort and driver to the resort all expect tips. Lastly, even though I was discouraged from booking restaurant reservations while planning the trip, I would encourage everyone to press them for a reservation. They said we should just book those upon arrival, but unfortunately there was limited availability by the time we arrived. Also book excursions in advance.
