Concierge family suite room was awesome! Lots of room and storage. Water park for kids (we had 2 boys 10 & 11) 2 slides were fun- Splash pad/climbing area more for little kids. Lazy river was nice too. Service-We travel all over the world and pick places where the service is top notch. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Hibachi, Yaku and Sushi had good service but the rest including the bar was so slow and lots of bartenders were so unfriendly, which shocked me! We waited most times at least 15 minutes for a drink. Sometimes we'd order and never get it. This was at the swim up bars. They only had 1 bartender working which was crazy to us. Beach was stunning, though you are asked all the time by the people on the beach if you want to buy something. They are very friendly, but it gets annoying after the 5th time of saying no thank you! Not all restaurants on the website are in fact restaurants. Two require reservations (yaku-which is incredible) and hibachi which was also yummy. Two- green goddess and chicken are food trucks on the beach. The jerk shack is a shack on the beach with good food. The pizza place is a little hut as well. So if you're looking for lots of dinner options this is not the place for you. We like to get dressed up a bit and go to a nice dinner and unfortunately, we were unimpressed. They had an activity of Tie Dye on the activities list so we went to do it on Thursday, it was at the beach and we brought our own shirts which many did. The lady was so rude and said "well then it's a $5.00 donation for each shirt then) nowhere on the activity sheet did it say extra fee. If there was an extra fee, for say jet ski's it had a * by it and said "extra fee". It was the little things like this that add up after you paid so much to already be there.
Perfect Paradise Family Vacation

First and foremost: Our whole trip would not have been the amazing experience it was if it wasn't for our two AMAZING butlers, Shanice and Roshane! They treated us like family all week along, and their attention to detail, above-and-beyond efforts, and daily smiles made our trip extra special...thank you both! Our trip was a special one, consisting of our family of 5 (with 3 girls, 12/10/5) and another family friend that had 7 (Two grandma's, 3 kids 11/9/5). Room: We originally had separate Butler rooms, but ended up merging into the Eventide Villa 1023 with the rooftop terrace. It was amazing! The villa was super spacious and both families had their "own" wings with bedrooms and bathrooms. However, none of the bunk beds are trundles like promoted on the site, so the two 5yr olds had to share a pull out in the main area, which they loved...but if we had one more adult or older kid, it would have been more of an issue. The balcony was amazing to have daily sunset views, and the rooftop terrace was spectacular for a few room service breakfasts and two very special LIVE dine-in cooking experiences, with the amazingly talented Melecia - her chicken is the BEST! This put us right at the end of the beach, and we had our own cabana daily. The HUGE pump bottle of Sun Bum 50 was also a nice bonus! Staff: Across the resort the staff were amazing, of course led by our butlers Shanice and Roshane. At the bars Natalie, Cameisha, Monique and more kept us and the kids hydrated and the tasty drinks flowing, and our kids loved being able to go order Bob Marley's. The entertainment staff was great led by Delly, Nae Nae, Jose and more...and a special shout out to Captain Morgan from watersports who also joined us for some beach soccer and was always a friendly face. Food: Our best dinner meal was Yaku (2x - Brittania, amazing waitress both nights) but the portion sizes are small, so the first night there we kept ordering more dishes. Just know that a "Large" plate is more like a single entree...so for family sharing, still need multiple. The hibachi was great, and dinner at Mariachi was also good. All the lunch options were great as well, and I'm just disappointed I found the Pork Belly Tacos from Mariachi on the last day...they were delicious! For breakfast we did The Mill (buffet), Mariachi/Stewfish (sit down) and dine-in on our rooftop, and all were great options. Entertainment/Activities: All the shows and activities were great, and our kids loved the magic show, silent disco, fire breathing beach party, and the water show/pool party. The strength and talent of the male and female staff performers on the rings, rope, and dual strongman were super impressive! The singers were all spectacular and put on terrific performances nightly. Our kids were constantly at the water slides and splash pad, and it was great to let them go off on their own a bit, while Moms/Dads relaxed near by. We did all the watersports and was always easy to get access to those. The snorkeling and glassboat were great, and we also were able to do a private boat tour and go swim in a cave along the coast which was a special surprise. The Kids Club was great and our kids loved it, and we used it for two nights for them to grab dinner while the parents/adults had our own special meals. The sellers on the beach can get a bit annoying at times, but most respect when you tell them you're not ready to buy...but they will remember you. We also had girls get braids done by Tracy and Stephanie, and both did a great job and were very caring with the girls...they do it just off property on the beach, but you check in/out with Security who is right there as well. This was a vacation 2 years in the planning, and after traveling as couples to Sandals, our first Beaches experience, and it met all of our expectations and then some. The amazing room definitely added to some special experiences that we know we probably won't do again...but the staff, food, grounds and everything were spectacular, and staff were constantly asking how our stay was and how they could improve it. Thank you for a week of great family memories...and THANK YOU Shanice and Roshane again!
