Once again we had an amazing time, our home aways from home when visiting Disney! Beds are the comfiest, a/c unit is amazing, popcorn is delicious! The pool is our favorite perfect for the kids. Thank you Emily for always helping us and our family, always the best customer service from all staff. Cant wait to be back
Fine, adequate and okay stay

Our stay was fine. I think some of the reviews we had read before arriving made us expect a lot more, so were initially disappointed at first. The room was basic but adequate. Clean but also felt like it needed a good scrub of scuff marks etc. Bathroom door was difficult to shut. Air conditioner was a real rattly noisy thing! One of the lamps didn’t work. Nothing really bad but just not what we expected. Staff were friendly and professional. Beds were comfy. Location of course was excellent!! Plenty of eating spots around eg Dennys, Tony Roma, McDonald’s etc. Probably would be a good idea tho to bring along snacks and drinks to keep in room. Would probably look elsewhere unless a great deal was offered.
