Worst experience ever for a hotel

Bed's were hard and uncomfortable , Refrigerator wasn't working. Most importantly we could not park in front of our room.We were forced to use valet because they blocked half the parking lot off for Disneyland parking so they can charge people for both parking at the hotel and Disneyland parking. They do not cater to the handicap. I had to walk away to my car instead of just walking out the room where there was always available parking but they had it blocked off so what they would not let me

We had the best experience!! Love this hotel and not just for the ease of getting to the parks. Hotel staff very Friendly .we checked in and found out we got a park facing balcony room!! The girl checking us in said happy birthday, I thought you might enjoy it. The room was very clean housekeeping came daily to empty trash and with new towels. Very comfortable beds.we enjoyed it so much that they will be our go to hotel from now on.
