Nice hotel with a great location to the parks

My niece and I stayed here for four nights, and overall, it was a great experience. You literally can not beat the location, which is near Disneyland. 5 minutes and you are at the security gates and ready to enter the parks. The hotel is a motel style, which was fine for me. When we checked in, they gave us an option of a main-level room or a second-floor. I chose the main level as I did not want to have to deal with stairs and luggage. From the minute we checked in to get our room, it was a total of 7 minutes, and the front desk staff were super nice and helpful. Right from the start, they made it known that there would not be daily housekeeping, but if we wanted clean towels and garbage removed, we just had to ensure the do not disturb sign was off our door. The room is smaller than I thought, but it is perfectly fine when you are just using it to sleep and hold your stuff. The room was super clean, and the beds were not bad. Was it a luxury mattress? No, but I had no issues sleeping in the bed for four nights. I read reviews that the beds were super hard, and well, I have slept on rock-hard beds, and I can honestly tell you that this was not it. The mattress is firm but not hard. There is a fridge, safe and coffee station in the room. My only complaint about the room is that sometimes you could hear the outside noise like cars starting or people walking by, but it was not bad and for the most part, people who walked by the lower rooms were respectful of the noise levels when walking by. The pool is in a weird location as it's literally in the middle of the parking lot, but it's locked, so only those who are at the hotel can use it. Plenty of clean towels and chairs to sit on, and the area was always clean. My niece enjoyed swimming in the pool when we would come back to rest a bit before heading to the parks in the evening. Check-out was easy and they held our bags till we were able to head to the airport for our flight home. I do wish there was an option for a late checkout but I understand it is a busy hotel and late check-outs for everyone would mean delays in check-ins for new guests. Overall, it is a great location, a great hotel and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
First time at this hotel

I chose this hotel for the location which was great after a busy day at the park. The check in process all 3 times were annoying to say the least. I had to add a couple of days after the first bookings. Needless to say I had to check out physically on the first one and wait till 4 to get my room. The other two times I had to check out at 11 and recheck in again. The first two times I had to wait until 4 pm to get my rooms. I just wish that they could make it all one booking with the same room, like other hotels do so I don't interrupt my day waiting for my room. The other issue, I was there for 8 days not one room clean. I got towels and garbage remove a couple of times but that was it. I don't mine not having the room cleaned every day but at least once during my 8 days would of been great. The second room I got I was looking at a wall in the other side of the hotel. But the room was quiet and really didn't hear any guests coming or going. I am not sure I would stay again regardless of the great location unless my room was cleaned at least once during my stay.
