Do not recommend this place!! Our friends stayed here November 23 last year and sometimes we would go in the water park with them it used to be great. Therefore, we decided to stay in this hotel this year booking 11 months in advance. When we arrived at the hotel we was told we didn’t have two rooms next door as we requested previously which was a disappointment (as our daughters was in one room and myself my partner and my son was in another) the rooms where at the opposite ends of the corridor feeling unsafe. We pushed this aside as we was told there was nothing we could do and there was no more available rooms. The room was okay nothing special just somewhere to sleep. However, It wasn’t very clean and there was mold in the bathroom. The maids never bothered and was lazy, our daughters room only got cleaned 5/21 nights and towels where just getting left at the door in a plastic bag and old towels wasn’t being collected, also the beds wasn’t getting changed. A item went missing from our room it was clear to us it had been taken something you wouldn’t notice unless you looked for it. Only postive was the men on the door and bar I’m unsure of there names but they where amazing

Just back from 2 weeks here. We’ve visited Orlando lots but first time in this hotel and we had a fantastic time. Great value for money, waterpark fantastic, staff are friendly, spotlessly clean, lots of life guards at the water. They even alternated opening the big and little parts of the water parks one day as there were obviously a lack of staff which although disappointed the kids, was a big tick for me, safety first ??. Great location, opposite cicis, all you can eat pizza. Bus stop outside. Family of 6 so had to book two rooms which were situated as close as possible, just across the corridor. We had an extra adult with us first week so wasn’t a bother, second week, we asked if there were any adjoining rooms. This was accommodated no problem. Poolside rooms ??. Initially we were worried about the noise having a 9,6,4,2year old, but the water park closed 7pm in the week, 9 at weekends so wasn’t noisy at all. Breakfast was good, cooked option and waffle maker, usual cereal, yoghurt etc. The kids had the best time week two when we spent more time here than actually going to universal as they’re a bit too little and too hot for that. Would definitely recommend, thanks for a lovely visit ????.

Me and my family stayed at coco key for 2 weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. From Erik and the staff outside to all of the lovely members of staff inside, we highly recommended this hotel. A special mention to Erik as he was always on hand to help us when we got back to the hotel after being at parks/shopping etc. He was so polite and welcoming. We will be returning on future trips. The hotel itself is so bright and clean and rooms are very spacious. Coco key has an onsite water park which is an amazing feature and the kids really enjoyed that. We are already looking forward to returning here!

Coco water park was a good time. I opted in for a rum Punch and Elijah took care of me and my mom while my Newphew swim at the water park. Highly recommend For the drinks. Good customer service. My mom ordered the nachos as well which were good for bar food.

Hotel is great for families. Kids loved the water park and even just playing in the pool. Erik the concierge is fantastic. Give great advice and always making everyone laugh and smile. Airam was great at changing our room to suit our families needs. Free towels for use in the pool areas. If you have a later flight home you can pay $45 to keep your room till 4pm. Location is great for both universal and Disney. Hotel has shuttle services to and from both disney and universal. Disney shuttle is at 09:50 from the bus stop outside and drops you at Epcot, from there you can get a shuttle bus to any of the other Disney parks. Pick up is at 18:10 at Hollywood studios. This bus also drops off at sea world and picks you back up outside sea world at 18:30. The universal shuttle needs to be booked the day before and this has 3 buses daily. Times are 07:40, 08:50 and 10:00. Pick up is from the same bus stop as drop off and the times for coming back are 17:15, 18:20 and 19:25. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good and has a good choice, we ate here pretty much every day. Costing $32.78 (with 20% discount for staying onsite). Kids ate free for breakfast too. The rooms are great and clean. We will be back!
