The rooms are clean and spacious, swimming pool is heated. The maids come in and clean daily. They offer free shuttle buses to universal studios. There’s on site shops. Location is great, you basically have everything you need. Staff are friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay again! I was worried about the resort fees but if you stay for 14 days, they don’t charge you this. I’d like to see shuttles on offer to Disney as Lyfts got expensive but other than that, lovely little hotel. Thank you

The park was closed due to cold weather, and shortly after they shut down all restaurants and bars as well, yet they still charged a daily resort fee per person. The only thing open was the arcade, where an employee with poorly dyed blonde hair (refused to state her name) was extremely rude to my toddler. The breakfast area was open only during the day and is currently under renovation, so construction noise was constant and disruptive. None of this is clearly mentioned when booking. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere if you are visiting.

To start lobby was nice but sadly thats about where it ends. The hallway to our room was musty smelling that they were trying to mask with some kind of perfume. The bathroom sink spigot only extended about a half inch over the basin which made it difficult to use and water just trickled out. The shower faucet wouldn't turn off all the way constant leak. The floor above was being remodeled and constant sawing, drilling and hammering for 8 hours a day. The microwave was on a table unplugged with no outlet within reach. The mattress had a huge dip in it and slanted. I've slept on better pull out sofas. Im sure there was more but you get the picture.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are decent size and well set out. Towels were changed daily. Great location on International drive with restaurants a short walk or you can jump on the I drive trolley. Waterpark is fine but does incur extra charges. Has decent stocked shop, Starbucks, restaurant & cafe on site. Shuttle goes to Universal and Epcot.
