Great hotel with lots to do. You will never believe how much stuff is packed into this hotel from the outside. The rooms are clean but could use a bit of refreshing. There are many pools plus a kiddie section. Lots of slides. There is a gift shop, Starbucks, ice cream shop, restaurant, and a poolside bar. This place just goes on and on. Staff is great.

Ok so I'll start with the positives as we really liked this hotel. The location is great. Lots of restaurants, dunkin donuts, mcds, chillus, etc & shops within walking distance. Icon park is a 20min walk. The free shuttles to the parks and back were a great advantage ( coco keys was first pick up so never busy going) and the free I trolley tickets saved us money in taxis. The rooms were kept clean every day. Had safe, fridge, coffee machine & microwave. We were in block 5 overlooking the main pool, near reception. The jacuzzi and pool were nice after a long day at the parks but did get rather busy later in the day. We never went to the slides area as my daughter is 14 and wasn't interested in them but they looked great. Reception area looks nice, clean and modern with lots of comfortable seating Rooms were a little dated but there are apparently refurbished ones. Don't bother requesting specific rooms or areas as we did this and still got an old room overlooking pool although we did ask for a second floor so 1 out of 3 requests wasn't bad. All staff were friendly & helpful. Now the negatives and the reason for knocking off a star. Our room was extremely noisy being so close to the pool as, although it states it closes at 9pm it is still open after 10pm which didnt bother us too much as we were never in bed at this time but you can hear a lot from rooms next door too aswel as their air conditioning, fine if you have a nice quiet family. We didn't eat in the hotel as the prices were so expensive and was quicker to order pick up from the many restaurants close by at half the price. The worst thing about our room was the shower. It looked really old and really low water pressure so much that my daughter ( who has really long hair) was using a cup so she could get enough water to rinse her thick hair and one day we came back to no water at all. Bring coat hangers with you because there is nowhere to hang clothes. There are 5 drawers so we lived out of a suitcase each. Despite this we would return as the positives out weigh the negatives. We will just bring earplugs next time.

Excellent service especially from Steven the valet who was very helpful

When we called months before our vacation to request a double bed, the confirmation email initially stated "King Tower" but also mentioned two queen beds. Upon arrival, the room had only one king bed. When I informed the front desk staff, they insisted that because the email said "King Tower," we had booked a king bed and there was nothing they could do, even offering no compensation for the inconvenience.

We stayed in Feb 2026 and heard that there were renovations continuing they accommodated us really well as we asked for a disabled room with a walk in shower it was newly renovated in block one close to the pool very clean with maid service every day it's an older hotel but has everything you need water park was great the pool and hot tub were excellent probably the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in been going to Florida 30 years shop on site is expensive and doesn't stock large milk and whole complex is going cashless which I found inconvenient so take a loaded currency card with you or you can charge drinks to your room card staff great and helpful shuttle was always busy so book early overall great experience the best budget hotel by far with a great location trolley bus stops outside super clean ideal for families
