Great location handy for restaurants and shops on I drive. Excellent water park. Rooms had comfy bed some noise from neighboring rooms and balcony. Enjoyed stay. Good availability of shuttles to Universal parks. One daily shuttle to Disneys epcot. Some improvement works going on when we stayed but were not intrusive and enjoyed stay overall.

This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Upon arrival our reservation could not be found (eventually they did) our room was humid to the point that our clothes, our beds, brown paper bags all got soggy, the beds weee very uncomfortable and loud (spring beds) the shower is tiny, the liquid body wash they have barely cleaned, the towels were humid and barely dried you. While you sleep you hear all the ambient noise of everything happening outside your room and near by. The best things about our stay was the breakfast buffet and the water park (which wasn’t extraordinary but the kids enjoyed it) there were additional resort and parking fees upon checking in and a 100 deposit that gets held until you check out. For what we paid we could have stayed some where much nicer

We stayed here for 12 nights . Myself and my husband with our two children ages 12 and 8. After reading the reviews before we arrived I was sceptical. But I honestly couldn’t not fault the hotel . Every part of the hotel was immaculately clean . Every staff member was extremely nice to us ( from the reception staff , to the pool staff and even the construction workers on site ) . The location is perfect , right in the centre of international drive . The I-Ride trolly is just outside the door and you can hop on and off wherever you’d like , making transport up and down international drive a lot easier . It’s also only 10/15 mins away from universal which we used Lyft and Uber for and they were extremely cheap . I will be recommending this hotel to every person I speak with and we will return again with more of my family next time .

Great hotel and in a great location They are refurbished rooms And we got a new one very nice Got food and very pleasant staff always willing to help

Coco Key had mixed reviews and the photo reviews almost made my stomach turn, but taking a leap of faith I went ahead and booked a room for my 2 children and I. I requested one of the newly renovated rooms and was amazed upon check-in. The room had all vinyl plank type flooring, was spotless, fresh, smelled clean and new, and the bathroom was also spotless. I am the type of person who does not walk around without shoes on in a hotel room, but I felt at ease doing so at Coco Key. The restaurant food, atmosphere, amenities... all of it was so nice! The grounds were being renovated in certain sections and was very impressive at the improvements and updates they are making. This resort was a safe, family-friendly environment while also offering enough of an adult atmosphere with the food offerings and beverages. Having a Bloody Mary by the pool while my children played was one of the highlights. All of the staff was super friendly and accommodating and they all took pride in their jobs and guest satisfaction. Don't sleep on this experience! I promise you won't regret it.
