We came to coco keys and spent 2 weeks here. Some reviews make you dubious but from the time we walked in we had a fantastic time the staff member who checked us in was great our room wasn’t ready so we was given a room upgrade, the room was lovely and big and plenty of space for our family of 4 over looking the water park. The pools were spotless and cleaned in and surrounding areas every day. During our stay our boiler broke which meant we had no hot water for a shower before we was aware we was contacted to swap rooms with the heat in Florida we wasn’t too fussed as we was having cold showers anyway so was given breakfast free for 2 days then an evening meal voucher I couldn’t fault the customer service it was outstanding. Our hire car then also broke down reception was great and called our hire company and then text me in the early hours to reassure me the hire car had been collected. The staff went above and beyond. When the weather took a turn and there was lightening in the area the life guards would empty the pool but still continue to keep the children entertained with games until it was safe for them to enter the pool again. Our room was recently renovated and modern and was spotlessly clean. Overall yes it’s a budget hotel but the service we received was far from that. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in the past and not received the hospitality we received at co co keys. Thank you for a fantastic stay and we will be back again.

Location was great. Water park was also great. Rooms were very basic and could have been nicer.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The on-site water park really hit the spot and added an extra level of fun and relaxation to our trip. We would gladly stay here again!

I’m going to start with the pro. The Staff was very sweet and the breakfast was decent. Con’s I would never stay here again. The odor that comes from these rooms are horrible and literally ruining my stay that we left a day early. This hotel needs a serious upgrade, even though they said they recently remodeled.

Hotel was brilliant and staff were super friendly and helpful.
