Hotel was okay. Stayed in one of the rooms for one night and then was upgraded to the tower the next day which was promised and they kept there promise. I didn’t expect the waterpark to be so small. I was really disappointed that the pool bar wasn’t open all week, and the breakfast wasn’t included In our stay and it should have been. The other restaurant wasn’t that great.

Stayed in this hotel from 2nd October for 2 weeks. Location really good, directly opposite cicis pizza which I definitely recommend!! Free bus to universal and Disney daily and also free I-ride tickets so you can go up and down international drive - a life saver in the heat if you can’t walk far after being at parks all day! Rooms were clean, didn’t spot one little bug in our room the whole 2 weeks. Not much space to store our clothes as a family of 4 for 2 weeks but it wasn’t a problem really. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that. Would stay again if we are ever lucky enough to come to Florida again!

The staff at this resort were fantastic. Very friendly and professional. Sadly, the resort did not make up for it. The renovations are looking nice but what has not been renovated are not great. My son fell down the steps because they were broken up and one of the outdoor games is broken. Also, we visited Mon-Thurs which means we did not get to enjoy the ice cream shop or taco truck as they are only available on the weekends. That would have been good to know. They also advertise pancakes at breakfast on their signage - which they do not have and was very sad for a little kid. And for the water park, the features were on a rotating schedule so you could not enjoy the features at once. You had to wait for sometimes an hour for them to open up but then another part was closed. Also, the prices are wild. $3 for a small bag of chips. The prices for overnight look comparable until you have to pay $50 extra a day for the resort AND pay for parking. That tacked on $200 for us. Sadly, we will not be coming back.

We paid to use the Waterpark at back and without reason it was closed. Bringing my kids to that splash pad was the sole reason we came and you guys closed it for no reason.

Everything was great the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable this was my second time here and I will definitely stay here again if I visit Orlando again
