Amazing time, amazing staff!

mikehahnsolo (Santa Clara, California) on Feb 11, 2025

What a phenomenal resort! The staff and level of service was unmatched. And the grounds and room were spotless, comfortable, and clean. We cannot wait to come back!! If you're considering this hotel for a nice getaway, and want a comfortable space, high-level of service, and overall opportunity to pamper yourself, don't second guess booking this one!

If pictures could convey smell, this place wouldn't be in business

Elizaveta W on Feb 11, 2025

I was shown 3 different rooms for my stay and they all SMELLED AWFUL. Not something that can be cleaned, it's something that is inside the walls, underneath the dirty old carpet (maybe mildew? not sure). I got very sick with a fever right after my stay there. Do yourself and your health a favor and do not stay here! When I told the staff of the issue they offered me air fresheners.... which does not solve the problem! I don't understand how this place is still open and has passed any type of health inspection. Don't let the pictures fool you. The furniture is nice and modern but it's like lipstick on a pig, it doesn't cover up the awful, old smell in the room. The common areas and nice and the restaurant was pretty good (and did not smell!). The rooms are the real issue, the rest of the hotel is fine. But when you have to sleep somewhere for 8 hours a day, the rooms are kind of a BIG DEAL and the whole point of a hotel -having a safe place to sleep! Again, don't do it. It's not worth the health risk.
