Beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff!! The hotel decor is absolutely beautiful and the corner guestroom on the 3rd floor was a dream surrounded by trees. The beautiful space inspired me to get so much reading done. The hotel is centrally located to everything downtown. From the minute you walk out of your taxi, the Hotel Staff make you feel welcome by greeting you outside and going above and beyond. Also, all the little details from the coffee press in the morning to enjoying a glass of wine in their beautiful library by the fireplace made it so hard for me to check out. I was here for business, but I will be back with my husband to enjoy this beautiful hotel together.

Our overnight stay was relaxed and lovely. Valet was swift. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was top notch. Room service breakfast came fairly expeditiously. A minor re-programing of the online order system might make it a tad more user friendly. And ensuring that the alarms set by previous guest have been turned off, would also be appreciated by those who wish to sleep in. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and would return.

After an unfortunate circumstance of the room I feel that the hotel could have done better with the customer service

I went to Portland for the first time for a concert. And this was within easy walking distance from it. I would highly recommend it! The staff is amazing, so helpful, approachable, friendly, top notch!! The room was clean, comfortable had a sitting area, it was perfect. Great coffee in the am, the ambience was great. If you go be sure and check out the Chocolate shop and try some of the sipping chocolate, SOOOO good and the owner there very sweet too.

I wish I could have stayed longer. Staff was fantastic, room was great. It would be helpful if they were able to offer more information on overnight self parking options.
