We had a great 4 day stay at Heathman Hotel. Everything from checking in to checking out was great. The room was nice, clean and was very quiet. The valet service was great. When we needed a wheelchair because I had oral surgery at a dental facility and wasn't quite able to walk the distance to our room the staff was quick to get a wheelchair for me. Very nice Hotel to stay in.

Very nice stay, room was clean and pleasant. Nice front desk. Miss the valet uniforms, pretty casual staff. Walked to Higgins ( favorite downtown spot) wish we could have had movie options on the tv. Nice bathroom!

We stayed at the Heathman Hotel because it was near our venue. The hospitality staff didn't disappoint. Our room was exactly as expected based on the online photos. Valet service was prompt. Be sure to ask them if you can Venmo a tip. In today's cashless society, it's important to remember there are other ways to say thank you to those who take care of your vehicle. Don't miss out on the small coffee shop attached to the hotel.

The attentiveness to detail is unmatched at the Heathman. While cozy and clean it’s not the fanciest hotel I’ve stayed in , but the attention to the details of the guest’s needs is clearly important to the staff and that is refreshing. The room was super clean. I needed another blanket and towel and ir was brought within minutes. Upon check in I was sent a text asking that I text if I need anything at all. And when checking out also asked if there was anything they needed to address. These days that attentiveness is very refreshing. Stay at the Heathman for a trouble free and relaxing stay!

Stayed one night and wanted access to downtown. Great location - clean room - helpful staff - felt very safe! Easy walk to Keller Auditorium and also a mile walk to waterfront for dinner, We would stay here again!
