The hotel is good but could definitely make some much needed improvements. Starting with the quality of the drinks, even the orange juice they used to mixed the drinks tasted as if it was of poor quality. The snack bar was not good as well, things were left open and there is way too many flies here for that to even be a thought. Also not enough variety in said snack bar. The buffet was good and the Brazilian restaurant as well. I do want to point out that it was not all bad, the workers at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful specially Luis. Also the entertainment crew is great I met Awilda and Diomedes (el mosquito) at the kids club and I absolutely loved their energy and helpfulness.

Old, run down, food awful. Cleanliness and old rooms. No luxury amenities. Resort needs an overhaul. Staff limited

Spontaneously book a 4 night stay in the hotel and it was the best the decision to make as a family with 2 small kids ???? there was a great variety of food and drinks available for the kids as well a 24 hour snack bar at the beach, the restaurant and bar staff are absolutely fantastic they do an excellent service, and are always making sure to meet all the requirements you need. The entertainment staff as well outstanding service with a lot of different games and shows, one of my favourite was the buggy night with 70s 80s and 90s music. I would also want to say thanks again Specifically to Diomedes Soriano, Riki, Junior and Awilda. They were one of the highlights of the vacation. The room was also good, I think the cool do better but they were properly cleaned. I highly recommend this hotel.
