6th time to this resort. Did preferred this time. Was well worth it. Our butler Alejandro was amazing. The service overall was excellent. Very attentive and friendly. Marianna hosting at the buffet was very friendly and wonderful, Manuel at Bordeaux so lovely, Jocelyn at Oceana was fantastic. Omar and Edgar on the beach were super. It was a fabulous trip

We enjoyed our 8 day vacation for Thanksgiving 2025 at this adult only resort. The breakfast and lunch buffet are excellent with good selections and cook to order stations, The sea food restaurant for diners is also very good. The large pools and beach areas are well organized with lots umbrellas. We stayed in a Preferred Club room which has a hot tub on the balcony. The services at the resort are excellent. We booked our vacation through Costco.

The resort far exceeded my expectations. Have been to all-inclusive before but this was really good. The food, service and activities were wonderful. Loved the swim out room!

The resort it self is nice … I want to thank our butler Jose Becerra who tended to all our needs. Some of the employees at the resort was not totally honest when presented with issues .

We had been to the Secrets PV 13 years ago shortly after it opened, decided it was time to go back. It was a great time, great resort, good food, and great service. Showing a little age in some spots, but has been maintained well! Still a great resort.
