From the moment my wife and I arrived at Secrets, we received such a high level or service that lasted our entire trip. Our personal butler Carlos Miranda took phenomenal care of us and made a point everyday to check in and make sure that every want or need was taken care of. The resort itself was beautiful, the view of the bay was breathtaking the second you walk into the lobby. The view from our suite was even more breathtaking. The room was wonderful and the bed was even better! Did not have a bad night’s sleep and we were very pleased with that. The pool/ beach staff was so attentive and always made sure you had a drink or anything else that you wanted. The beach was a little rocky so make sure you bring some sandals or water shoes if you plan on swimming in the ocean. The pools were wonderful and always clean. The dining at the resort was very good. Each morning we would typically do breakfast at their buffet offering called “the market cafe” and it was always very good! The weather the whole week was perfect so we would sit out on the patio and we were very well taken care of by Sergio and Cesar every morning. Coffee and mimosas were always topped off and just a great start to each day. Out go to for lunch or a snack would be “gohan” which is their sushi offering. It was so good! Chef Angel absolutely rocked it every time. We were surprised at how great the quality was for being at an all inclusive! We had some really great dinners here too, loved all the restaurants but the teppanyaki dinner was top notch and our favorite meal of the week. Most days and sometimes twice i would get ice cream from their little ice cream/ crepe shop. Orlando and his assistant were very nice and would always satisfy my sweet tooth! The house keeping staff was awesome and we would come back to a tidy room and a restocked mini fridge. Overall, had the absolute trio of a lifetime! The only knock I had personally was that room service food wasn’t great. But luckily, we were out and about the vast majority of our time and did not rely on the room service dining options. But would definitely return here and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent amenities all aroung, and the staff go out of their way to insure all is well. So friendly, so helpful, so professionsl...cant say enough good things about them!!

My wife and I did our wedding at Dreams Vallara Bay and stayed at Secrets Vallarta Bay, the properties connect. We could not have asked for a better experience! The resort is absolutely beautiful! We and all of our guests were blown away by the stunning views and world class service, and loved the all inclusive nature. We stayed six nights total and had 82 guests at our wedding. We did the Beyond Memorable package which was 100% worth it and had incredible value. It included a rehearsal dinner for all of our guests as well. The wedding was absolutely perfect and we can't say enough positive things. The food was delicious and the service the entire time was truly impressive. We worked with Paloma to help with booking rooms for us and our guests. She was super easy to work with, responsive, professional, and made as feel at ease the entire time. She was also accommodating to last minutes changes with our guests. Adriana was our wedding coordinator and made our wedding day truly spectacular. She was able to get some special requests pushed through for us and we appreciate all of her help and support throughout the planning process and wedding. If you stay in a preferred club suite, you get a butler. Ours was Eddie and he was outstanding. He provided his phone number upon arrival and responded immediately to our texts. He was willing to help out anyway he could and really saved us some time and effort during our stay. Many of our other guests had Carlos and he was awesome as well. We asked for a lot of favors and they made them happen! Thank you all! The non wedding days were equally as fun. Every corner we'd turn, there would be family/friends hanging out with at one of the lovely restaurants, pools, setting areas, or beaches. The resort is so large that it never felt crowded in any one area. 10/10 recommend this place for vacation or especially for a wedding. We'll be back!

We had the best experience for our wedding at Secrets in Puerto Vallarta! I highly recommend staying in the preferred side! Carlos our butler was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us! I injured myself and we were staying in an air bnb for our honeymoon and there was 6 flights of steps so we texted Carlos after leaving the resort and he got us booked back at the resort in no time so we could come back where I could be more comfortable! Such a lovely experience!!

The service is top notch! We are UVC members and have visited many Secrets, but we are impressed with the service here! Everyone has a smile on his/her face! Benito and Marnay at the Market Cafe take great care of our visits and always make our everyday breakfast so enjoyable! Camerelo (Orlando Neri) at the Sweet Bites always welcomes us with his smiles that make every ice-cream scoop even sweeter! Delia, our housekeeper, always makes sure our room stays clean, neat and well stocked with supplies! Everyone else whom we can’t remember all their names has made our visit so unforgettable!
