It was fun enough, just don't expect luxury. Food was better at buffet than restaurants. Big pools , hard to find shade. Probably will come back

Just returned from an outstanding trip to Secrets Vallarta Bay. In full disclosure we are UVC members and have stayed at the hotel before (2017). The property is absolutely gorgeous and within walking distance to great neighborhoods in Puerto Vallarta. Our room was great with an outstanding view; the hotel amenities were perfect. The food and beverage options were outstanding!! The beach is magnificent and the pools are plentiful. We encountered some great staff while on vacation. Jenna was a UVC representative in the lobby and helped often with her professional and courteous demeanor and outstanding customer service. She was always willing to point us in the right direction. I don't think she took any days off! She was always in the lobby helping us and others. We had delicious food and two restaurants were outstanding. We ate at Bordeaux and Manuel was our server. Some of the best service we have ever had anywhere. Also we ate at Tamarindo, our service was Ignacio who was great, Edgar made table side guacomole and the restaurant was decorated beautiful for Christmas. We were on the ocean every day! The beach is amazing. Edgar and Alejandro took care of our beverage needs with the highest level of friendliness and customer service! I highly recommend the hotel and look forward to getting back there soon!

Had a great time .. weather was great .. staff was great food 8/10 average although had some great nights ... Roosters suck in the morning LOL but get you up and moving to the pool early

We spent the day at Secrets PV, via Resort Pass. From the time we stepped onto the property until the time we left we felt like VIP guests. David, the pool conseirge, greated us after check-in, showed us around the property, then helped us locate a prime location at the pool. Good drinks, great food choices throughout the day, and David checked back on us several times to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. The view is spectacular, the property is very clean and the staff was very accommodating. Junior, one of the pool waiters, has a key saying..."why not." There was no request he was not able to fulfill. Thanks for an awesome day!

This resort is top notch. Truly a five star experience. Excellent food and drinks lots of variety. Excellent entertainment, and activities available all day and into the evening. The E team works extremely hard to offer a variety of activities to suit all guests. 8:30 AM yogaon the gazebo was great 11 AM SUP paddle board Yoga was also awesome, aerobics, cooking classes, cards, and many more activities are available. Jimmy, Tere, Noe”, Ivan, Danio on the secret side we’re outstanding.. I would recommend visiting this resort to all couples and families. It is awesome.
