Our experience was awesome! We stayed in the preferred club and our butler Jose Becerra was amazing! He was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire time! Can’t wait to go back!

The location was perfect! Pools and beach had great access and food was amazing. They played music during the day and entertainment during the night. My room had a swim up pool and the room was exceptionally perfect. Great view of pools and beach! Our butler Jose becerra went above and beyond our expectations and he is truly a special asset to secrets bay. Pricing was reasonable. Our Room Maid Maria was very attentive and our room was extremely clean. There was very little noise level even tho I was a the first floor! Great for relaxation

We just got back from Secrets Vallarta Bay. Wow!!! What an amazing experience!! The staff there really makes the resort feel as special as it is. Adriana our concierge got us checked in and then texted us often asking how things were and if we needed anything. Jose our butler was over the top making sure our needs were met and adding special twists for our dinners that really enhanced our experience above any expectations!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Secrets Vallarta Bay, and Jose Becerra was a huge part of what made it so special. He was kind, attentive, professional, and always so helpful. We really appreciated all of his help with reservations, transportation, and the many little details that made our trip more comfortable and enjoyable. He went above and beyond, and his genuine warmth made us feel very well taken care of. We also loved the resort itself — the food, the beautiful sunsets, the fun activities, the Preferred Club room, and especially the SUP yoga. David from the entertainment staff was wonderful too. Overall, it was a very memorable trip, and Jose absolutely deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides.
