Looking for an adult only, all inclusive in PV? Look no further, you’ve found it. We came for a friends wedding and stayed longer for vacation. The service and staff were a 10 out of 10. They were attentive, personable, and went out of their way to make our trip better and to ensure we felt special and taken care of. We highly recommend the preferred club experience which gives you access to your own private check in and bar. Would also highly recommend the swim out suite option as this gives you access to your own pool 24/7. Our preferred club concierge, José, went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and happy and we loved knowing he was available anytime. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, with subtle detail touches from live pathos plants to inscense. Market Cafe was amazing, highly recommend dining here for breakfast and lunch. The staff were our friends by the end of our trip, to name a few, Eliu, Wendy, Adrian and Humberto! We enjoyed the other restaurants, but Oceana for ambiance and Capers for the food, were our favorites! My only other wish for food was more Mexican food or an authentic Mexican street taco stand option by the pool would have been awesome. We also enjoyed our time at the spa. Highly recommend the Water Escape hydrotherapy treatment, it’s a great price, my only recommendation would be to follow with a longer massage. We truly loved our time at Secrets!

I had such a wonderful time. The atmosphere, the hotel, and the people were all just wonderful. This was my first experience out of the country, and I am ready for my next trip.Carlos Miranda and Jose Becerra took such good care of me and my friends. Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived. Thank you all for such an amazing time.

We went to celebrate my brother’s bday. Our room was beautiful, located on the 7th floor of the Preferred Club of the Secrets, adults only area. Carlos Miranda and his partner Jose Becerra were our personal butlers and they were very helpful! He even arranged to decorate the room with balloons, cake and champagne so that my brother can feel the festivities. He also provided great info on the resort, restaurants and the area. Thank you and highly recommended!

We had an incredible vacation at Secrets and would recommend it to any couple or friends looking for an adult-only driven experience. The entertainment was very good and the team that goes around during the day engaging guests and playing pool games made for a very fun experience! Food was really, really good (although menu options seemed quite limited -- 8-10 entree options only at most restaurants which is understandable but left us feeling like we wanted more options, perhaps more local and restaurant themed/driven choices). The pool is incredible and has such a good layout, with easy access to the beach where there are a lot of activities (both free and paid). Our hotel room was pretty nice upon first glance, lots of space and room, great ambience and even mood lighting. However, the lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim for our liking and we had quite a few issues with the room (slightly broken window drapes, clogged sinks, and a broken minibar. Although we reported the sinks and the minibar, which they did attempt to fix, it was unsuccessful and now follow up was provided to tell us it couldn't be fixed. We probably wouldn't have switched room for those minor inconveniences but it seems like a new minibar (swap) would've been easy, and the clogged sinks did become an inconvenience that we just chose to deal with throughout the stay. As far as location, it was perfect, only a few bucks to taxi or Uber down to the Melacon or up to the marina. My wife is a runner and she felt completely safe running 5 miles down and back to the Melacon! Overall, the staff was incredible throughout the stay ranging from the front desk team, to the waiters and bartenders, to the spa folks. The resort as a hotel is well-kept, super beautiful with plenty of photo ops, and just great vibes. We will definitely consider returning to Secrets here and elsewhere when we book our next all-inclusive excursion!

This was one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at! The staff was amazing and everything was perfect! I stayed at the preferred secrets side and had the most amazing Buttler Jose Becerra who helped out 24/7! We went for my sisters wedding and loved every second
