Stay at this resort for a few nights on our honeymoon, it was great and got great service. The food was good and there were many different options.

Okay. If you are looking for OUTSTANDING service, a hotel that is close to town, and delicious food, the visit Secrets Vallarta Bay. Find Daniel, Alfonso, Francisco, Edgar, and Hieme!! honestly all the team at the resort! Are wonderful. 2nd visit here and they keep getting better!! Best value for your money with the best experience!!

Overall great experience. Very enjoyable and we loved the snorkeling trip and ATV adventure. Poolside was wonderful..room was very nice with gorgeous view.

We had an wonderful time at Secrets Vallarta Bay. The views from the lobby area out to the ocean was spectacular especially during the sunset. The staff was amazing with Jesus, Atlai, and the staff at Bordeaux and Tamarindo were excellent. Gustavo was very informative for us as well. We would definitely go back for our future trips.

The room was nice. The food wasn’t great except the poolside kitchen. If you book an excursion it’s not through the hotel so if you have to cancel you lose your money. We didn’t know we weren’t booking with the hotel so we lost $200 and the hotel didn’t offer any kind of compensation. I got super sick and couldn’t go and I wasn't even given the opportunity to go a different day. That was very disappointing. We went with a group of 10 friends but none of us will be back for this reason.
