Secrets Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa every service so good to me and my husband,excellent service and very good food,food every where,and they are delicious,I recommend go to see Angle at Gohan Sushi Bar, I love his food ?? sooo good ,yummy and beautiful.I will come back for sure. Excellent week with the family. A huge shoutout to the E team - Joel & Teresa were fabulous in all the sports & activities. We loved the daily yoga & paddleboard yoga classes. Fernando is the best poolside server at secrets! See you next january ??

We just got back from a week-long stay at Secrets Puerto Vallarta Beach. The hotel itself was a little bit dated, but very clean, and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The pools were clean and a perfect temperature. We went over the holiday break and never felt like the resort was overly crowded. We were always able to find a lounge chair, although sometimes the shaded ones went quickly, so we did get up early to make sure we had the exact spot that we wanted. The beach was beautiful. There were only a few rocks at the waterline on the Secrets side, but nothing that prevented you from going in and swimming. We saw whales almost every day, and on the last day they actually came right up close to the swimming area — very cool. The absolute best part of this resort was the food and the staff. Carlos around the pool area kept our cups full and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. The entertainment team was great and gave us a few laughs during the week. We ate several times at the buffet for lunch, which we loved, and Cesar was always there to make sure we had a five-star experience. Our absolute favourite was the Bordeaux restaurant, specifically in the wine cellar. Alfonso and Martin were absolutely amazing, and we chose to eat there 4 out of 7 nights simply because they made the experience so wonderful each time. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, and we look forward to coming back in the years to come. Look no further for whatever getaway vacation you are planning on; What impresses the most is the extremely positive attitude of the hotel's staff, in all areas. Profesionalism all around. Here, all-inclusive means all-inclusive, everywhere you go in this beautiful resort. Food top notch, cleanliness top of the line, you name it. Will hopefully go back soon, go for it.
