We had a great experience at Secrets Vallarta Bay! The service, food, drinks & accommodation were excellent! We opted for the Preferred Package and enjoyed the separate bar and snacks available with it. Our Butler, Carlos Miranda couldn’t do enough to help us whenever needed and certainly made our experience even better!

Great experience at Gothan sushi restaurant. It was one of the better places in the resort. Angel and Carmen were amazing. The fish was fresh and the customer service was great. They even let me hold the Mahi Mahi! Thanks Angel and Carmen! You’re the best!

Great place, great service. The tour desk was very helpful and on top of things. Elide had the best recommendations we did boat cruise. Some of the best services our whole team had. Recommendations for fishing we caught a blue marlin. Had the time of or life. Would recommendations this place to everyone.

We stayed at secrets for my 65th birthday and have a fabulous time Carlos was amazing helping us navigate the property and book everything we need it. He checked in with us often and delivered everything we asked he is wonderful! ?? go to SECRETS

This is the second time my husband & I have been here in the past 12 months. We love it here (Secrets). It's small, but not too small, comfortable on so many levels from the lobby area to the 'behind' the lobby area (aka sushi, dessert, coffees & sports bar). The staff is fantastic; a special Thank you & Muchos Gracias to the following: Capers: The Cellar - Francisco is AMAZING. We met him our 1st stay here and were happy to see him again this time. He knows how to read a table & the room. Would recommend all to experience the Cellar at Capers. Market Cafe: Adrian (Breakfast/Lunch Server) - Oh My Gosh! What a delightful, amazing server. After our 1st mtg, he remembered all our unique details. Highly recommend requesting Adrian as a server. Marnay (Breakfast/Lunch Server) - Adrian's 1st mate & a stand-alone server in her own right. Great smile & remembers your details. Guest Services: Christian has a GREAT attitude & big smile, always ready & willing to help. Have a question? need help? ask Christian. Lobby Bar/Sports Area: Enrique - Great smile & always willing to help figure out your special cocktail. Excellent service. Preferred Concierge (Main Bldg) - Emmanuel - We popped up to see what was up there...Emmanuel didn't need to engage but he did. He described/explained the beautiful view of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Bordeaux: Lizette (Host) - our 2nd visit came with a bit of a wait. Lizette made us feel at ease with her brilliant smile, communication & customer service.
