Perfect location to downtown, from the airport and access to the beach and water. Good atmosphere especially the Secrets adult side of the complex. Beautiful rooms, well maintained, clean. Fair value especially if you are a drinker (we are not). Service and staff are exceptional as are the facilities themselves. There were two nights of fireworks associated with weddings at the facility that ended around 10:30 p.m. so if you had small children I suspect it would have been a problem

Febe was absolutely incredible from start to finish helping my husband and I plan our dream wedding at Secrets Vallarta Bay. She was attentive, organized, and always responded to my emails quickly, which made the entire planning process feel so much less stressful. On the wedding day, everything went flawlessly. She truly accommodated every need and made sure we were always informed about what was happening next, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. The entire weekend was unforgettable, and our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. I’m so grateful to have had Febe as our wedding planner—she went above and beyond in every way. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!

Our trip is coming to an end and we were very happy with our decision to stay at this resort. The service has been excellent. Special shout out to Omar by the pool and Benito at the breakfast buffet. They both really go out of their way to make your stay memorable. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We even made some friends on the way :)

Book your next vacation at Secrets PV! You wont regret it! We arrived in PV on Monday 3/23 and checked into our pre-booked hotel (Crown Paradise Golden) and lasted about 2 hours before we realized we could not stay there. I hopped online and saw that Secrets had available rooms and booked it on the spot. We had stayed at Secrets in Cancun and had a great experience there so we had a feeling it would be much better, even though the sour hotel staff at Crown Paradise Golden said it would "be the same"... it was not :) When we pulled up to the hotel grounds, there was a large security gate, which put us at ease immediately given the recent events in PV. We drove up to the hotel and exited out Uber where we were immediately greeted by hotel staff with a delightful margarita. They helped us with our bags and escorted us to the check in counter where we were warmly welcomed by Emrah (concierge staff). The view from the check in desk overlooks the entire hotel grounds. We felt at home and finally could relax. Our room on the 21st floor had a fantastic view and was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool, free kayak tour, free outdoor yoga, gym, spa /hydrotherapy during our 4 night stay. We tried all but one of the restaurants and enjoyed most of our meals. I would say you could skip the Italian restaurant and go to the French restaurant instead. We went to the Japanese restaurant but didn't get to try the Hibachi part (reservation required) this time around so can't speak to that. All staff members were kind and helpful. We had no issues during our stay that could not be solved by the well qualified staff. Overall, I would highly recommend Secrets PV.

Nice location. Friendly staff provided good service. The hotel is clean but a little dated. Generally the food was good. There was not a lot going on for entertainment.
