Family of 5 with 3 premium junior suites Nov 25. Pros and Cons Cons: Rooms a bit dated however kept clean and comfortable beds. That’s it…… Pros: Amazing beach and loads of loungers at anytime of the day. Lively pool and a great swim up bar. Nice beach bar (few queues but move fast) Lovely buffet restaurant at the beach for breakfast and lunch, great good selection and the staff are amazing. 4 a al carte restaurant to choose, we loved the Spanish and Italian and could book as often as you wanted. Massive main buffet restaurant with a great food selection which we used mainly for dinners. Amazing bar/lounge area for drinks before and after dinner. Best cocktail selection we have had in an All Inclusive Resort. The grounds are beautiful and even though there are building works being done it didn’t take away how lovey this place is. The spa was great and reasonably priced. The animation team very very good and respectful if you didn’t want to take part. The staff here were lovey and made us feel so special. Yeah if you wanted to nit pick you could find faults however book here, come relax and have an amazing holiday ??

You will have to bear with me on this, our experience was amazing, apart from the things that bit my ankles to death, (possible sand flys because of the hight). The building work, which we were notified about, didn't bother us,but there was a bit of it, and if we had a room overlooking it, it may have been different. I have to give high praise to krystal (guests services) for her service, when we had a water leak,and also this year the staff service seemed much better, last year was questionable. Overall this hotel got my heart. On a side note if anyone from the hotel or any hotel in the area reads this, maybe all the hotels can get together and help employ someone to clean punta cana area outside the hotels, as last year we were with another couple ,who refuse to come back ,because of the state of the rubbish, which obviously effects your businesses (this isn't linked to any hotels themselfs)
