I’m going to start with a negative but after that it’s mostly good , check in is very slow which is always a pain when all you want to do is get to your room ,also I had to take my own bags to my room ( and when we was leaving ) which having 3 big and 3 small cases was grief . My wife was bitten quite a lot just on the balcony so make sure you put insect cream on at every opportunity, she also was very ill and room bound for 7 days due to either eating or drinking something dodgy , she was fine the first day but after that she just couldn’t get up .please make sure you take loads of Imodium and electrolyte’s. But can I say the hotel and staff bent over backwards for us cooking her fresh food/fruit everyday for me to take back to the room for her . Ezequiel supervisor ,Ernesto supchef ,Orquida ,kenia and Maria all took the time to make sure me my wife and daughter were taken care of especially as me and my daughter was eating dinner by ourselves for most of the holiday .but moan over you should have a good break at this place there’s no fighting for sunbeds the pool ( thanks julio for cleaning pool everyday and reynaldo for great service even when busy )and beach are nice just be a bit careful walking around as it is a bit slippery ( main pool and little bridges on main route from reception to beach ).The pizza place is fantastic ( thank you Gabriel ).if you need a good excursion go and see Juan at the towel station he set up 2 fantastic trips for us ( just not too sure about horse riding lol). The privelaged bar down on the beach is nice and quite and opens 30 mins earlier than the pool bar and the people down there are fantastic I felt quite at home so thank you Irrael ,Francisca ,Yulisa ,Carlos and not forgetting my number one Jessica Always smiling always happy.The beach is lovely loads of room the bar and crepe place get a bit busy but the people working there smash it everyday ( Raidon and Zairy keep doing what you are doing fab).The food here is much the same as most all inclusive but you should find something to eat everyday ,the rooms are nice and comfortable but my cleaning was a bit of hit and miss ,but I put it down to my wife being in the room most of the time .The hairdressers (thank you for my daughter s beautiful braids Rosa )are fantastic and the shops are well stocked , especially the chemist that I was in quite a lot but they only take card or charge it to your room so save receipts people .The steak restaurant and tapas were nice but didn’t try theMikado one but the menus at the actual restaurants are different to the hotel website .Overall you should have a good time here you have to learn a bit of Spanish along the way but most of the people working here make your holiday that’s why I love to give them a mention in every review I do on tripadvisor , so last but not least Yorky down on towel duty , Jhonny at reception bar , Janser at buffet and Ruth 1 an 2 at customer services thank you all mentioned for your help and smiles they made it a better holiday
