Quite possibly the best hotel that we have ever been to.

Everything about this hotel is five star. The check in was seamless, we were greeted with champagne and met our concierge who gave us a tour of the resort and showed us to our room. He sent us daily messages to check in to see how we were doing and to let us know the programme for the day. We stayed in a swim up suite. The room was beautiful, daily cleaning service was exceptional. They made sure we had plenty of Nespresso pods, intense sticks and drinks in the mini bar. The nightly turn down service was a lovely touch we always enjoyed coming back to our chocolate. The market cafe for breakfast was outstanding with so much choice and every restaurant had excellent menus. Special mention to the coffee cart at Oceana, the crepe cart in Bordeaux and the mimosa cart for breakfast. All really nice touches that sets this place apart. We found every single member of staff went out of their way to talk to you, to make your stay extra special, they learn your babes and really do make such a big difference. They are a credit to the resort. We are already planning our next trip.

This resort has have many 10/10 reviews, I’d go along with this. Food Whilst you have to expect the interpretation of meals at the specialty restaurants to be a little off the mark, they certainly surpassed what was expecting. Drinks Whichever bar you’ve gone to for this they are consistently good Accommodation No complaints here, we had a preferred suite with tropical view, it was exactly that. If you are reviewing this resort and unsure, just book it…… you won’t be disappointed!
