Took a trip with 7 couples at the beginning of December 2025. The resort was absolutely breathtaking. As soon as you stepped out of the vehicle, you could see the ocean from the entrance. Our room was a Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View, with a view of a pool and the ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our server, Santa at the preferred side beach, took very good care of our big group on the beach. And our butler Alexis was able to get our whole group to sit together at dinner almost every night. The only complaint was that the ocean wasn't very blue, but murky.

This was our second time at Secrets Cap Cana and it was wonderful. Our concierge Angelo was absolutely wonderful. He helped to make our trip special. We were celebrating my husbands birthday while we were there and Angelo helped to arrange a special night with a surprise cake at one of our favorite restaurants, Portofino, the Italian restaurant. Angelo made sure he checked on us through out each day to be sure we had everything we needed. The service by the pool was top notch. From Manny at the pool side bar to Madilyn our pool side server to Juan, who always made sure our towels were available and the umbrellas in the perfect spot, our days by the pool were awesome. One of the best parts of this visit was reconnecting with some of the wonderful workers from our last visit. Ronaldo our concierge, Louis one of the servers from last time that we found out is now a captain and well deserved he was fantastic. And I can’t forget Miguel who recognized us immediately when he saw us. He was such a pleasure and a terrific worker, his customer service and infectious smile made my day! We will for sure be back and highly recommend Secrets Cap Cana for your next vacation.

Our stay at Secrets Cap Cana Resort was truly wonderful and incredibly relaxing. The resort itself is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and located on a stunning stretch of beach that feels peaceful and upscale exactly what we were looking for in an adults only get away. The highlight of our entire stay was our concierge, Francis. Francis was absolutely exceptional, professional, attentive, and generally caring. From the moment we arrived, he made sure every detail of our stay was taken care of he was always available, quick to respond, and went out of his way to ensure we felt comfortable and well looked after. His level of service alone would make us return to this resort. Francis truly made our experience memorable. The service throughout the resort was excellent, and the beach and pool areas were pristine and never overcrowded. While the food was good, it did not quite reach the exceptional level of the rest of the experience. We would rate the dining overall around a 7 out of 10 - enjoyable, with some standout meals, but room for improvement compared to the resorts otherwise high standards. overall, Secrets Cap Cana delivers a beautiful, relaxing, luxury experience, and with team members like Francis, the service is outstanding. We would absolutely recommend this resort and would happily return.

We had an exceptional visit at Secrets Cap Cana for our 10th anniversary. Our concierge, Tonny, was so attentive and personable and provided us with excellent service. Tonny and all of the staff truly made us feel like family from the time we arrived until we left.

I would give this place a 8/10. I’ve looked at the reviews online and people rave about this place. The food was good but I wouldn’t say outstanding. I’ve stayed at Hyatt Zilara which is next door and both have their pros and cons. To me the food at Hyatt is better. At secrets my favorite was the seafood place(oceana). The sushi was really good at the hibachi place. The best sushi I’ve had at an all inclusive. The reason I would rank Zilara above secrets in food is cause the Buffett was better at Zilara. The service at both places are great. At secrets you get a concierge even if you are not preferred which I didn’t expect. They will send you the activities and everything you need to know for the day. If you have any questions they are more than willing to help. I had one mishap where I wanted to do the painting class. I asked my concierge and he said it was at the beach. I asked 2 other workers about it and they both said the beach. Come to find out it was at the pool and I was not able to attend and that was disappointing. The drinks at secrets are strong so be prepared when drinking all day! Room service was great. We got a late night snack a few times and it came if not hot, warm. Really appreciated that! The atmosphere here is pretty lively for an adult only place and I was surprised by that. Went to the pop show and Alicia keys show. Both were entertaining. The spa was fantastic. We got 2 massages each and did hydrotherapy everyday. Overall this place is great but I wouldn’t be back just cause I had a better experience at Hyatt Zilara.
