Excellent customer service and food. The manager does an outstanding job. He works tirelessly from morning to evening ensuring customer support and is always cheerful and kind.

I have been to this resort more time then I can count. The resort is beautiful and has everything you could want. My husband and I keep coming back mostly because of the staff. I don't normally single out any staff in particular but I felt I must in this case. Santa and Santiago who for many years made the crepes and omelets in the SianKaan buffet. They always treated guests like family and made there food look like works of art. This trip I spoke with them and they now work inside, they would love to be back at the omelets station and I hope they will be on our next trip.
