4.5 Stars for this adults only boutique hotel in a garden setting. Wonderful thick land scaping like a jungle. This is adults only hotel in a group of five hotels. This an hour from Tulum airport. You have access to other four big hotels on the beach by trolley. They run very frequently. Service is top notch in every area. From activities to bars and buffet. Service with a smile! faustino in buffet and Carlos in bar and a young man in activities. There is some activity/music daily in the evening. There are plenty of TV channels, mini bar is fully stocked, There is an outside Jacuzzi. It is jungle and there are MOSQUITOES. Must bring the repellent Some day they can make the lobby air conditioned to keep cool and keep mosquitoes away. Then it will be five stars. Restaurant on site Alux is good and was warm inside. It could use one more A/C restaurant that is only for hotel guests. Another branch of an Indian restaurant Thali from sister property and that was excellent! It is not easy to get reservations and do it early as ten days before arriving. Dolce Vita was so so only. It could use a grill by the pool to cook hamburgers etc. Three pools are clean and very relaxing. We have been to Cancun many times and cannot wait to go back. gracias Amigos !

Good: - Staff are courteous and helpful when called upon - Staying in a jungle is beautiful with plenty of wildlife - The pools range from serene to a little more active with live music - The ability to use all BP resorts and the trolleys was a great bonus - Reliable free WiFi - Most restaurant meals Average: - The bed linens, room appearance/quality (needs to be updated, torn blinds, etc), towels, bathrobes - Poolside drink service (just didn't come by very often) - Quality of alcoholic drinks (felt watered down, sometimes mixers tasted off) Not great: - Food at the buffet sometimes looked questionable, you could tell it had been sitting out for hours (stale bread, room temp yogurt) - The mosquitoes are horrendous, bring bug spray, bug repellant bracelets, anything you can find because you are going to need it
