Had a wonderful experience at the Luxury Sian Kaan Bahia Principe Resort. Highlights were the delicious variety of food options from Room Service Breakfast in bed to buffets, specialty restaurants desserts and snacks ,the food did not disappoint! Highly recommend downloading the Bahia App, 10 days before check in to book your restaurant reservations. We had a Junior suite with rooftop hot tub. The room was nice but up three flights of stairs ,4 to the rooftop and A/C was extra cold so we had to order extra blankets, otherwise it was lovely. The golf cart transfers around to the other resorts were excellent and came every 5-10 minutes. We enjoyed the pools at Akumal and the ocean private beach club was amazing. The entertainment was not the greatest unless you paid extra to go to special shows. All the staff were friendly and attentive especially at the buffet and pool service. Overall an excellent vacation and would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect stay, wonderful very friendly attentive staff, fantastic food and lovely resort. The guest experience team could not do enough to make our stay a memorable one. Four 5 star hotels in this resort that we could make use of the facilities, it was great to visit but for us our hotel was the most intimate and relaxing.
