Disappointing Service Despite Nice Ambiance

Great room and ambiance, but they could significantly improve by hiring staff who truly understand hospitality and professional ethics. My experience at the restaurant was deeply disappointing. One staff member, a captain named Luis, was particularly unprofessional and seemed to lack respect for personal boundaries. At one point, he placed his hand on the shoulder of a young female friend in our group, which was extremely inappropriate and unacceptable. She had to step away from him as he tried to brush it off as a joke. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also makes guests feel uncomfortable. I expected much better from an establishment like this. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Very disappointing experience.

No luxury.Uncomfortable beds and maintenance problems that caused our room being flooded. After sleeping in a room with rolled up towels soaking up water when given the choice to change rooms or spend the rest of our stay wondering if problem was resolved. Changing rooms cost us a day without enjoying resort and homeless.Packing checking out at noon and waiting 3 and half hours to check in resulted in a frustrating day,
