Unfortunately we had a horrible experience

Hotel entrance is gorgeous, beds are really comfortable but those are the only positives for the hotel. A few rooms as so small that my husband and I were hardly able to walk in the room with a single luggage suitcase. Front desk agents and valets are extremely rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by speaking to you. As one valet agent was trying to bill us a full day day of parking of $72 plus tax just for parking in front of the hotel to load our luggage, the Bellman argued with us because we touched his luggage cart to expedite the process as he was holding back the cart allowing the valet to try to bill us... Not to mention that as we tried to install a car seat in the vehicle, the valet called a parking officer to ticket us. Good thing the parking officer understood the importance of car seat being place before we took of and did not ticket us. It breaks my hear to leave a negative review as I feel for hotel owners. It's sad how bad team members can ruin a experience.

Fantastic stay! Gorgeous hotel, with a lovely bar area (The Post Room). We received an upgrade for free for our honeymoon and were so appreciative! Our room was lovely and spacious. Great spot for exploring San Francisco - short walk to a cable car stop and we made use of the local places to eat and would recommend the diner on the corner and the new Greek place - The Parthenon.
