I had an amazing experience staying at The Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel in downtown Seattle. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are stylish, clean, and very comfortable — everything you’d hope for in a premium downtown stay. But what really made this visit stand out was the incredible hospitality from the staff, especially the manager, Brandon. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Brandon’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made a huge difference — it’s rare to find that level of service anywhere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle. The location is ideal for exploring Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and great restaurants, but the real reason to stay here is the outstanding team led by Brandon. I’ll definitely be returning.

Brandon was so professional and all staff were phenomenal. If it even looked like we needed or wanted something they were immediately attentive. The hotel was tops, and we will come back and stay again. Good location as well!

They upgraded us to a suite because we had a short 10 minute wait! The room was amazing and very spacious with a perfect view inside the city.

Beautiful hotel, close to everything downtown. We checked in late and ended up in a different room. Dyllan at the front desk took care of us- he went above and beyond. Best hotel experience we’ve had in a while. Will stay there again.

The location is a plus. Near Pike Market. The rooms are dark and the light controls are not smart. Also, a lamp above the coffee maker needed to be unplugged when you are making coffee. No other socket to put it on. The sole restaurant closes at 10 but the kitchen closes earlier. We arrived from the airport past 9 and no meal could be had. Huhu. We starved because other than bars, other places are closed as well. Breakfast was okay but not part of the room rate. The staff are acceptable but not very receptive. Somewhat aloof. When asked, capable. The rooms are big and clean. The bed and linen is good for sleep. The toilet big and clean. These last three comments and the location are the source of the 3 rating, otherwise not an acceptable place to stay in for the cost.
