Brandon at the front desk is simply wonderful. Super welcoming and professional. Wish every hotel had someone as kind and helpful. Our room is huge! Spotless and super comfortable. The location is perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This boutique hotel will serve as our home away from home whenever we come to Seattle for football. The entire team is friendly and professional, and Arianna at the front desk is a standout. She personally is responsible for garnering our business at the start. Her response to questions about the property and surrounding area was both informative and enthusiastic. In fact, she set the tone for our first experience at The Alexis Sonesta. We look forward to our next trip to cheer on the Seahawks.

The location is the best as it is centrally located to everything. The valet was convenient and the atmosphere was up to par with the right amount of high class and affordability. The room was huge as we got the king and the value was the best bang for your buck. It was very clean and I couldn’t hear anything at all from the other rooms nor the traffic outside. Noble was our front desk professional representative and he was of the best personnel we’ve deal with in the hospitality industry. We got blessed given our Leavenworth trip didn’t go so well since the time we went, a bad wind store changed our plans and delayed a lot of the Christmas plans for many travelers. We had to go back to the Alexis early and was able to stay in the same room during the whole stay after rebooking an earlier stay which was only great once coming in contact with Noble. Would stay again.

The stay at the Alexis was phenominal. The hotel was close to everything that you need to see in Seattle. Noble at the the front desk made our stay 100x more enjoyable than it would have been. Hands down, he was amazing. Would 10/10 stay there again. If you get the luxury of getting checked in by noble or meeting scott to transport your luggage, your stay will be phenomenal.

Had the most wonderful experience at the Sonesta in Chicago, IL with my son - and saw an opportunity to try the Sonesta in Seattle, WA with my husband. My husband has been working so much lately, got up at 430am and doing hard construction work on our home in the cold/rain - so this was a one night getaway to help him relax, get some rest, and spend some time with him. BIG SHOUTOUT to Noble, at the front desk --- we walked in so weary and tired, and he did such a wonderful job of helping pick up our spirits, and it made SUCH a WORLD of a difference for the 1 night stay there. Thank you Noble.
