Noble, at the front desk, was absolutely wonderful! He was incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and was always happy to answer questions and share his knowledge. His warm and welcoming attitude really made a difference. Highly recommend Noble to anyone looking for someone who is professional, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about making your trip special!

I chose The Alexis Royal Sonesta because of its strong reviews and its inclusion in the American Express Hotel Collection. Unfortunately, my overall experience did not live up to those expectations. The first thing I noticed when I entered the hotel was a very strong, unpleasant odor. It was immediately noticeable upon walking through the front entrance and remained noticeable during my stay. This significantly affected my first and overall impression of the property. There were positives. I received a very large upgraded room that was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and I slept very well. The location was also convenient for exploring Seattle. However, there were several service issues. There seemed to be confusion throughout my stay about my American Express Hotel Collection reservation and benefits. Late checkout initially seemed unavailable until a staff member pulled up my reservation and realized I was a Hotel Collection guest. I also had an issue with my breakfast order both mornings, and my final bill was incorrect at checkout, requiring me to return to the front desk to have it corrected. None of these issues individually would have ruined a stay, and the staff did ultimately resolve the things I brought to their attention. Taken together, though, the experience felt disorganized and not at the level I expected from a highly rated Hotel Collection property. The room itself was the strongest part of my stay, but unfortunately I would not choose this hotel again.

We got to the hotel expecting to only stay one night, but my husband got sick. With the help of Dyllan at the front desk, we ended up staying four extra days. Everyone there treated us so kindly and bent over backwards for us. Thank you to everyone there!

The service was outstanding, Robin:3 greeted me during check in and was extremely pleasant. I jokingly asked her to sing the song that was tattooed on her arm and she actually sang it!! That was awesome, but her overall service was excellent too, she provided me with all the necessary information, gave me options to find a slice of cake late at night and offered to help with anything I needed. Robin rocks!!!
