Bay gardens was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. The madam had an excellent time. The staff made her feel like royalty as they celebrated her birthday with her throughout every step of the way. Definitely recommend the all inclusive package as you get access to all the resorts. Marla(front desk) customer service was excellent. She was super friendly and never hesitated to help. Throughout the day Shawn and Shawn were entertained us with music and dancing and make the experience quite enjoyable. Make sure you ask for Helen at the Hotel(her energy and aura is gravitational) when you u go to dinner and Candi(very organized and makes sure everything is done in a timely manner) at the Beach resort. Big up Mario at the Beach Resort on the excellent cocktails.
Absolute 10 out of 10. Will be coming back for a longer stay.

The customer service was beyond amazing. We felt like we were still home. Staff is absolutely amazing. The location was perfect and very convenient. Close to stores and the night life.
