We didn't find the accommodation very clean, smell of mold and visible mold on wall as soon as walking in the room, the room was not cleaned properly, no towels, the front desk not very inviting or helpful, had to go to Bay Garden Hotel to get results. The information should be told to clients of what is being share from all the Bay gardens resorts

Positives: Pretty hotel and nice location. Rooms are very clean and house keeping always friendly. Deborah is lovely and welcoming, always went above and beyond for us. Bar staff are fantastic, always want you to have a good time and create a fun atmosphere, (Shawn, Arnold and Shem). The staff who work on the grounds and maintenance do a good job and friendly. Negatives The downside of this hotel is the staff on the front desk not particularly helpful. The food is awful, often served cold, long wait times sometimes 1.5hours, tables left dirty and then used for next guest without cleaning. The restaurant staff are extremely inattentive and often stand with their backs to the dinning area. We did speak to the manager at the time about this and she seemed to speak to the staff to try and improve this.
