It was nice and clean although basic and the stuff were amazing most times. The thing that I disliked most was the fact that there was always a staff members sitting or lounging at the back near the gardens which made it uncomfortable to sit outside our room and have privacy in the evenings.

Very warm welcome from the reception team upon arrival. Hotel itself looks a little tired compared to the photos but everywhere was very clean and the staff were on top of everything. Our room was on the top floor overlooking the pool and was spacious with great AC. There is a nightclub nearby that plays loud country music but it didn't keep us awake. We were on an all inclusive package... Breakfast buffet was slightly different each day, you ordered lunch from a menu (pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, salads, etc), and dinner rotated between a la carte and buffet. We felt there was a lot of variety and choice and I'm quite picky! The pool area was clean and tidy. Special thanks to Arnold who talked us through the rums on offer. Look out for Narissa, Shaun and Shem who work in the restaurant and bar who will do their upmost to ensure you have a great time. It's fairly quiet and peaceful at this hotel. It is just a 5 minute walk to the marina where there are a some bars and restaurants. You can get the shuttle which runs every hour to the other hotels in the group if you want to go to the beach or to the shops and restaurants in Rodney Bay. Recommend the tour that takes you down the island by jeep and back up by catamaran which includes botanical gardens, mud bath and waterfalls.

Had an amazing time staying in this great 3 Star hotel. Staff are lovely & great fun. We met lots of lovely people staying here & had some fun evenings in the bar. The rooms are a lovely size, the furniture is a little dated but we were not worried about that. Two comfortable double beds. Small balcony but we didn’t use it other than to dry clothes, the toilet was blocked when we checked in but maintenance staff sorted it very quickly. The pool was lovely no problems getting sunbeds when required. The shuttle bus service is superb & we used it regularly to go to the beach resort & the restaurant in the bay gardens hotel. The beach resort is amazing, you do have to pay for drinks etc but prices were not too bad. We watched the sunset on the beach & drunk cocktails. The sunbeds were always available. The beach is lovely & definitely worth a visit. The food was good, the service can be slow but least you know it’s cooked fresh. It’s Carribean time no need to rush. We went into Rodney Bay one evening felt extremely safe, lively resort. We went over to the marina, a couple of evenings for great ice cream & a few bars on the waterfront, reasonably priced as well. There was also restaurants but didn’t eat there. A couple of nights we were kept up by loud music one night till 3am but this was over Easter weekend so don’t think it happens regularly. All in all great holiday great hotel & hope to return.

Great staff -- very friendly and helpful! The rooms were adequate and the facilities are in need of some maintenance. However, overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property to others.

From arrival to departure the staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. Thank you to all of you - Arnold, Shawn, Shem, Narisa, Curtisha, Onieka , Darius, Bradley, chef Paul, Ms Marshall (I’m sure I’ve missed people- apologies) you make a 3* hotel a *5 experience. We came for our anniversary and they made it really special. The shuttle bus to the beach was great. Ran every hour and if they were late reception we’re calling them to request they come and within moments they were there. The noise from the bar is minimal the bar outside the back of the hotel was noisy for a few nights but it was Easter so they were celebrating. Food was excellent- different options every night. Well prepared and fresh. Tried lots of different things . We can’t wait to return here.
