Prompt and professional. Love the pics! Very convenient and beautiful backdrop. Last-minute decision but so happy we decided to do it.
Sirata Hilton, St Pete Beach cheats guests out of on-line offering of free breakfast

Website offers "save more/do more". Select "free breakfast" and location and it lists Hilton's that are participating in that program. So I did. They lie. Sirata Resort was listed under that selection. But my Reservation did not include free breakfast or the $15 voucher for free breakfast. Called the hotel, they actually said "We are new to Hilton so we don't yet know about those offers or how to deliver them, so we don't". I don't like bait and switch tactics and I feel cheated.
