This is a really nice hotel with very friendly staff. My stays are always pleasant. The rooms are very nice and are always clean. The location is very close to the inner harbour and shops. The area around the hotel is very beautiful and walkable, with parks and ocean trail. The beds are very comfortable with great pillows.

Great Hotel, friendly staff, our room was fully equipped for preparing meals if you wanted too. Our dog was treated like a guest and not as a nuisance. Fully recommend this hotel. Conveniently close to the Parliament building and inner harbour.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The view was phenomenal. The whole family enjoyed it, including our lab. Whatever we needed that we couldn't find in the kitchen, they were able to deliver to our door. Excellent service at check in and check out as well.

We stayed at this property last year and I thought I had written a review. The service was great from emails phone calls to check in. In my view this property prides itself in customer satisfaction. We stayed for 3 days on the 9th floor. We are coming back again this year 2024 . i have already chatted with the Hotel and excellent staff, I will be sure to share our experience after the next stay. We know it will be great.

The Oswego is a perfect place to stay in Victoria. Walking distance to downtown and area, underground parking and the suites are lovely. The staff are exceptional and so efficient and friendly... you always feel welcome, and every inquiry is addressed quickly. We have stayed many times and never had a problem. Highly recommended.
