The hotel with the best price-quality value during our 3 weeks holiday throughout Canada. We booked a suite with has a nice space, kitchenette and bath + shower in a very nice size bathroom. All went smoothly and bed and pillows are just excellent. Very close to the center of Victoria.

Location, parking on sight, great food available in the restaurant and the ability to to cook in your room if you choose. The rate is competitive with neighboring hotels and you get so much more in a suite. It is clean with an amazing staff of people. The Oswego is our go to hotel in Victoria!

I had a problem with my booking and I received no accommodation to make it less frustrating. Though the hotel is not required to assist me, if they had, I will likely not book there again because they don't seem to care about their clients.

The location is perfect. Close to so many things but not right in all the chaos. About 2 blocks from the ferry terminal. The wharf was about a 10 min walk. The location was so peaceful and quite. The suite was so comfortable and roomy. Coming from Tennessee where the summers reach 100+ degrees the lack of AC was concerning at first but our suite was equipped with ceiling fans and room fans. There was a balcony that also had 3 access points that provided plenty of airflow. The kitchen area was equipped to meet all of our needs. Definitely worth staying here. We'll come back to Victoria and we will stay here again. I have no reason to look for anything better because imo there isn't. Also the staff was so friendly and helpful. We didn't get to try the onsite restaurant but we will do that next time.

Everything was perfect! Great, relaxing vibes, quiet and clean! Great food and atmosphere at Aegir Room as well.
