You have got to try this hotel!

This is a great location. You are near everything that people come to Victoria to see. Great units with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Hidden just far enough off the main drag to keep things restful. Our unit had a kitchen, so you could eat at hotel for some meals. Coffee pods supplied, and even creamers in the fridge!
A lovely hotel in Victoria ( Vancouver Island)

We stayed here after returning from a self drive tour of Vancouver Island. In every aspect this was lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a suite ( not sure if all rooms are like this). The restaurant is small but the menu is good. It is close to the government buildings and fisherman’s quay. It is about 10-15 walk to the downtown area. We would definitely here again.
Worst check in experience

Worst welcome of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Surly staff, no one at reception on arrival and bar staff refused to help. When someone deigned to turn up there was no apology and no welcome. Room was fine, beds comfortable. Good location but our first impressions lingered.
Great stay in beautiful Victoria!

Our suite was really nice, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and worked really well. The location is great! A couple blocks off the Main Street, but yet it was very quiet and walkable. Overall a really great place to stay!
Great hotel in quiet location

Pros: - Room is fully equipped (basically a mini apartment with the exception of the a washing machine) - Nice outlook from room - Hotel is just back from the main tourist area making it quiet but still only a few minutes walk away from where you want to go - Secure undercover paid parking - Cute restaurant (didn't eat their ourselves but if always had people in it) - Very walkable location Cons: Rooms do not have air con. Was fine for when we were there (we just had the fan going) but I'm not sure how it would have been in the middle of summer.
