Nice Place to Stay

We stayed here over Christmas of 2025 for 8 days while exploring that part of the country and using Vegas as our home base. I had previously stayed at the Paris which is probably a little more upscale and more expensive, but you really can’t tell much of a difference. The rooms are fine. I would stay here before staying at one of the other hotels if nothing more than you don’t have to fight pedestrian traffic getting in and out of the parking building. You get off the interstate and there it is. Parking sometimes got a little slow in the parking building, but we always found a spot. It’s free parking for whoever which kind of sucks if you are having to pay the resort fee and others aren’t, but not that big of a deal. The one thing that is really stupid is they have the stairways locked down. You have to enter the casino on the third floor. So if you park on say the 4th floor, you can’t just walk down the stairs, you have to stand and the elevator and wait in line, even though the stairs are right there. So a ten second trip might take you five minutes while you wait for an elevator, Treasure Island Fix This!!!! There are a couple Starbucks and an even cheaper place that gives you decent coffee and a donut for $5. Wish I had noticed it earlier. CVS attached to the property. Convenient walking to everywhere else, easy to get out of the parking building and I was in a giant F150. Nice hotel, I would choose over some of the others.
Absolutely dreadful. The worst hotel experience I've had in 30 years of travelling across the globe

Where to begin. Open rebellion from guests sharing horror stories in lifts and corridors - some guests queueing for 4 hours just to check in - ours took 1 hour, but all guests arriving 1 or 2 days later had to queue for many hours - it was impossible to move around anywhere near the lobby with hundreds of guests waiting. Rooms were not cleaned, even after 3 or 4 reminders/requests. We had two rooms - the safes in each of the rooms was inoperable, one was already locked when we arrived and the second was 'dead'. A request to front desk for an empty plate to be sent to the room was met with "that will be $20 for an empty plate to be sent - if you don't order from us don't expect any freebies". Two guests at reception angrily complaining that the second guest had upon check-in been given the same room as the first one had already been checked into, and the second guest on entering the room found the first guest already asleep! The whole place was chaos for the entire duration of the stay, the hotel was clearly not staffed or structured to handle a holiday crowd (in Vegas!). The front desk manager was rude and arrogant, and generated no goodwill. Good location, free parking and easy check-out are the only aspects of the hotel that took the rating from 1 to 2.
