A Wonderful Experience

From the time we arrived to the time we departed the property our experience was momentum. Our Personal Concierge, Berenice Reyna was amazing and she was very helpful from the time we arrive for the time we departed the resort... she arranged for all of our dinner reservations for each night at a different restaurant -- we were able to share the Grand Velos Resort with Grand Velos Boutique (all inclusive) which made the experience even better. The marble architecture and artwork, and textures of the building are impressive; our suite was just beautiful with view of the Sea of Cortez was so beautiful. I highly recommend this property.

Your resort is truly magical. I don’t think I’ve ever visited a place as beautiful as your two properties. The spa experience was incredible, especially the “Tribal Experience” — absolutely unforgettable. The only thing we wished was available was horseback riding on the beach, which would be a wonderful addition for future guests. What impressed me most during our stay was the exceptional service provided by Mauricio Resales. His attention to detail was impeccable. Every morning he texted to check on how our night was, wished us a wonderful day, and reminded us of our reservations. Each evening, he reached out again before heading home to make sure we had everything we needed. Mauricio even took care of things for us while he was off the clock — truly above and beyond. I later learned that others in our group did not receive the same level of personalized service from their butlers, which made us appreciate him even more. If I were overseeing guest services, I would promote Mauricio to Head Butler and have him train the rest of the team using his outstanding service approach. The way Mauricio cared for us is exactly the experience you hope for at such a stunning resort. Another detail that stood out was how every employee ended each conversation with “My pleasure,” which added a warm and personal touch throughout our stay. Mauricio made our visit unforgettable, and we are sincerely grateful. I found the food at the Grand Velas Boutique Hotel to be significantly better than at the sister resort. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was an absolute delight — so good, in fact, that I never felt the need for room service or to eat in my room. The quality of service and the warmth of your staff made the experience even better.
