We had a wonderful stay at the Pineapple Beach Club. Staff was friendly and polite. The food was delicious. They have 2 restaurants and both had great food, the Pineapple Grill was the best! We also chose to pay the upgrade and eat at the Orchid. The steak was flavored well and cooked perfectly. My husband had the lamb which was also cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Shareef was the best entertainment hostess and ensured we were having a great time. This resort was the perfect place to come to to relax and unwind. It was so peaceful. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

We have recently returned from our third visit to Pineapple Beach Club and had the best time yet! The food in all the restaurants, snack bar and coffee shop was fantastic with a varied choice. The staff are all amazing, so friendly with nothing ever being too much to ask. Anne-Marie, Tyrone and the lady with the socks (apologies, I have forgotten your name) kept us well and truly entertained! The bar staff were all fabulous and all made our holiday brilliant with the varied drinks served. Special thanks to Bash, Ashley, Arden and Sonia who never left our glasses empty! In short, the setting is idyllic, the accommodation is well maintained and clean but the staff make this place very special. We can’t wait to see you all next year!

This was our very first experience at a resort. Rooms were very clean and well represented, room attendant was very friendly and accommodating. Beach was beautiful!!, a little short though, walking from end to end was about 10 minutes each way. Buffet experience lacked, breakfast was pretty much the same every morning, lunches and dinners had a bit of a theme to them, eg. Mexican/Caribean, don't get me wrong, I like spicy food but it sometimes was a little much. Beach BBQ night was fantastic with a good variety which included seafood. All the staff work very hard at giving you the best experience! Coffee bar was exceptional! A barrista making you your favorite bevy! Unfortunately, entertainment was weak, not too much going on, bingo, karaoke, music trivia, all occasionally, steel band came in one night, fantastic! The restaurant manager Egber, honestly did everything and more to see that you were enjoying yourself, he was always working to keep things running without a hitch! Overall, I'd give the resort a 4 star and the food a 3 star.

I will begin with the Entertainment group, the amazing young man Tyrain, (KEEP MAKIG PEOPLE HAPPY) bloop bloop, the beautiful Sharee and the funqueen Annamarie, keep up the amazing work you all do it truly makes folks like me not want to leave and surely come back at some point. I will really miss you Tyrain, hope you get a huge raise. The food service team, they have an amazing team, but the talented, wonderful Kady Ann will truly be remembered, keep up the the great work you do. Guest services was on point and willing to help in any way possible Thank you Aijah and entire crew. The coffee shop crew were as sweet as can be, Renne and Clemantina I will miss seeing you both bright and early for my extra strong coffee to get my day started. Nochita at the gift shop was sweet and helpful as can be. To the bartender crew thank you for your friendly service, the rum punch, purple rain and mud slides with be a part of my drink list for sure going forward. The snack shop crew did a great job cooking and giving fast curtious service to everyone. To our tour guide and taxi driver Natasha thank you for be so friendly (first name basis) Last but not least the cleaning and grounds crew, you all do an amazing job of keeping the rooms, beach's and restaurants squeaky clean for our enjoyment. I don't believe I can go anywhere else in the world and meet nicer, friendlier people. Missing you all already. From New Jersey with love Virginia & Thomas Plaza
