Divi was a terrible experience. Front desk was terrible. I checked in and didn't know anything about the divi and she throw a map at me. Told me to just download the map. At the pool everyone just stands at the bar no one wants to serve you a drink. Bugs in the room. Ask for towels they never came. I left the hotel 4 days early and check out. Front desk didn't even care and said sorry you feel this way. Not even to say how can we make your trip better. We tell everyone do not go to the divi.

Several pools to choose from, great shuttle service to and from the other resorts on property and restaurants. Market close to the resort with the beach within walking distance. Erwin, the bell hop at divi golf was.friendly, very helpful, and very informative.

Great Resort! Great location!

Nice location. Nice large rooms. Right across the street from the beach. The food at the restaurants was delicious. Will definitely stay here again!

Managment non existing for customer service

We vacationed from May 4th to May 11th. I'm a diabetic, we chose not to go all inclusive. This week the system was down, and the other resorts would not accept non inclusive for dining or drinking. The staff felt bad but could not do anything to assist us. I was referred to speak to the GM Ferry Zievinger. He ignored the message left by the lobby manager and ignored my messages to his cell phone and office number. I still have all the calling threads 8-10 times on my cell phone. I can't believe he lied to his staff when questioned by a manager on our last day. He was so non existing that we will never return. We understand that things happen, but management is there to assist you when problems occur. Not in this place! We loved Aruba and plan on going back next year at a different resort of course.

Nice grounds and amenities, but really rude staff

Unfortunately we will not return to this resort. I’ll start with the pros: room was large, pool was nice, beach was nice! Good proximity to everything and we liked the grounds. However, our stay was plagued by extremely rude staff. I felt like a massive inconvenience even being there. From riding the shuttle to the front desk to the people serving food or just general staff, most people were extremely rude. Our room key stopped working when we came back from the pool with our 2yo on our 3rd day, and I went to the front and they said I had to wait in the massive check in line. I tried to get someone to help and an employee yelled at me for not waiting in line when I was already checked in and our room key didn’t work. We rode the shuttle and they almost ran over someone walking across the road and then a group of employees laughed about it. If you asked for anything, you are met with attitude or them not understanding. I ordered a grilled cheese, got a cheeseburger and when I asked them for the grilled cheese they rolled their eyes and sighed and acted like I was in the wrong. Overall we enjoyed the amenities but the rude staff make it so we would not return. I Felt like a massive inconvenience even being there and would spend extra money to stay somewhere where I will be treated with respect.
