Wonderful family vacation

This was our second time at this resort. We had a wonderful family vacation. The staff are so friendly and kind. The rooms are well kept and the beds are comfortable. The beach is beautiful. The pools are ok, wish the main pool was bigger. The children’s activities were fantastic they loved going to kids club every day. The food was pretty good, I didn’t get sick so that’s a big plus for me. I have a gluten sensitivity and the staff were very helpful in making sure I had something to eat that did not contain gluten. Shout out to Mario who was bringing us drinks at the beach, and the supervisor at the kids club I forget her name but the kids loved her. There were so many others I wanted to mention but I forget names. We will definitely return in the future.
Hotel Full of pleasant surprises

Good news: The big slides opened again on Feb 12, 2025 after three months repair. The hotel is not huge but has the space layed out really well. There are two pools, the smaller one heated, and extra kiddie pools with small and big slides, a small soccer field (conveniently in the shade from noon on), kids club, a teenager club with arcade, air hockey, pool table and table tennis. Two great buffets plus dinner restaurants without reservations ( go earlier to avoid waiting times). The beach is gorgeous and gets cleaned every morning. In the winter, there are usually big waves and you can’t go far in to swim but still enjoy the waters. If you don’t want to rent cabanas, they have similar cushioned options at a small wooden terrace. They also bring you drinks to the beach chairs, or you sit in one of the swings directly in front of Beach bar (no swim up bar). Popular for weddings is the gazebo or the catholic chapel with great views. The hotel is cleaned constantly and they also paint small areas to keep the older structures look well. We had an amazing couples massage at the spa with Angel and another great lady. You can also use the hot tub, sauna and steam room without using their services for free. Awesome candy shop and 24h hour café with pastries and great coffees are also both included in the AI, as well as pool snacks (hot dogs, burgers and fries and fresh tacos). The VIP lounge in the 6th floor has even more sweet and savory treats ( chocolate covered strawberries and sushi for example) and top shelf liquors. It’s been great to play pool or table soccer there. Overall a great week of vacation! Thank you Wyndham Alltra and everyone who works there, always with a smile and super friendly.
