Please note: Wyndham Alltra Cancun will be undergoing maintenance to the kids’ water slides from October 21 to December 15, 2024. During this time, the Pirate Ship and Camp Alltra kids club will remain fully operational, ensuring that younger guests continue to enjoy a variety of exciting activities and amenities. The hotel was clean and nice.All the staff were friendly.I loved Viaggio restaurants Italian food .The steak house had delicious meals as well as providing hotdogs and hamburgers.The buffet had such variety.Our rooms were cleaned every day.The activity staff were awesome .Everyday there was an activity that I participated in.William ,Claudia ,Andrea ,Axel,Tadeo,Luis,Cristian and Alexia you are amazing ?? The beach had a palapa area and quite a few lounge chairs.There were lots of lounge chairs around the pool and there was a kiddy friendly pool area as well.

The staff was amazing, especially Antonio from Ventana and the bellman, Luis They were awesome!! Looking forward to see them again with the whole family. I would recommend this hotel. The only thing is, not much to do for adults who doesn’t drink. There should be a billiard table, foosball, some playing cards or board games.
