Great staff clean facilities great food in the Buffett. The VIP center was very accommodating. We had a beach walkout which was very convenient. The MX restaurant was great best tortilla soup I have ever had. Habanero sauce was great in all restaurants!
Overall an amazing experience

We had an amazing experience as a family. The resort is beautiful, and the restaurants were all very enjoyable. Check-in took a bit longer than expected—we were told the room would be ready in 10-15 minutes, but it ended up being a bit longer. Overall, most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. A couple of people at the coffee shop seemed to have a bit of an attitude, but nothing that ruined the trip!
